Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. I can understand after reading your query that you are having a radiating kind of pain in your leg region. This would normally indicate some impingement of nerve or narrowing of your lower spinal canal. I would also like to ask you the duration of such pain and whether your pain increases on walking, or if it is associated with any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Dear,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,low back pain are often referred for physical therapy for four weeks as an initial conservative (nonsurgical) treatment option before considering other more aggressive treatments, including back surgery. The goals of physical therapy are to decrease back pain, increase function, and teach the patient a maintenance program to prevent future back problems. Common forms of physical therapy include: 1. Passive physical therapy (modalities), which includes things done to the patient, such as heat application, ice packs and electrical stimulation. For example, a heating pad may be applied to warm up the muscles prior to doing exercising and stretching, and an ice pack may be used afterward to sooth the muscles and soft tissues. o See Physical Therapy: Passive PT (Modalities) for Back Pain 2. Active physical therapy, which focuses on specific exercises and stretching. For most low back pain treatments, active exercise is the focus of the physical therapy program. This article focuses on active physical therapy and exercise as a means to help recover from back problems and prevent or minimize future flare-ups of low back pain low back pain has lasted between two and six weeks, or if there are frequent recurrences of low back pain, physical therapy is often recommended. Some spine specialists consider physical therapy sooner, particularly if the pain is severe. • Read more: Exercise and Back Pain In general, the goals of physical therapy are to decrease pain, increase function, and provide education on a maintenance program to prevent further recurrences. A physical therapy program for back pain usually has two components: 1. Passive physical therapy to help reduce the patient's pain to a more manageable level 2. These therapies are considered passive because they are done to the patient. Examples of modalities include: • Heat/ice packs • TENS units • Iontophoresis • Ultrasound

Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist Exerciser.

There are many causes of most pelvic tilt after thigh and hip fractures. One is weakness of abductor muscles of hip. The other is link length discrepancy (your leg is bit shortened after fracture). There may not be any abnormality and this could be just because you have become habitual walking with pelvic tilt. The treatment actually depends on a cause. You need to visit an orthopaedic surgeon for clinical assessment.
