1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Hello, if its osteoarthritis of knee, doctors recommend conservative treatment like exercises before surgery. Surgery is the last resort. If its torn ligaments or meniscus needs orthopedic consultation on the degree of tear that determines the need for surgery.

Curd is hot in nature and milk is cold in nature curd is very heavier than milk. Milk is sweet in nature curd not why you want to apply curd on head. Don't do that. Its depend on you constitution.

I have much problem in my legs and back and head severe pain occur at regular interval's. Please help.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

My hair is became thinner and it easily breaks even with a simple touch or comb. What to do?

• Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do meditation to destress yourself. .You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo . * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles ) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

I was playing cricket and the ball hit my right hand index finger 50 day ago. It got fractured, it was a hairline fracture and I did not take any medical treatment. Finger is recovered but there is minor pain. I want to know whether hairline fracture need plaster or any medical treatment or it can recover naturally?

However, it is important to pick the right oil for your hair, use the right quantity and apply it the right way.

Read on to know how.

Now, for a more detailed step-by-step instruction on hair oiling :

First, choose the hair oil that suits your hair type and hair needs.
Pour a couple of drops of oil onto the palm of your hand, rub your hands together to warm up the oil and then spread it evenly over your hands.
With the oil in your hands, scrunch the ends of your hair. Hair care tip ? typically, the ends of your hair are the most damaged part of your hair, and need utmost care.
Next, divide your hair into sections and start massaging the oil on to your scalp with your fingertips. Follow our hair care tips ? be gentle, use circular motions, don?t use the palm.
Now pour some more oil on your hand and gently run your hands down the length of your hair to give it the nourishment it needs.
You can run a wide-toothed brush along the length of your hair to spread the oil evenly. Caution: be extremely gentle, don?t pull or tug your hair, else you will have a lot of hair fall.
Now let the oil soak and penetrate through your scalp and hair for maximum nourishment. The more you let the oil stay, the more shine and lustre you?ll see in your hair. Overnight soaking is the best!
You can even wrap around a warm towel around your hair like a turban to help your scalp absorb the oil better.
Lastly, wash the oil off using Natural Shampoo in lukewarm/cold water for a healthy shine.

If you have 'paittik' nature of body (heat in body) or 'kafaj' (chronic cold etc), pre mature greying may occur as often seen. There r other dietery reasons too. Pl write little history and also family history regarding greying of hair. Some hair oils made at home as per 'tel Pak vidhi' and complex iron calcined with myrobalans, Cow's clarified butter and honey in appropriate ratio is very useful. Pl consult if required. Till then make powder of Indian gooseberry, black seasame and Eclipta alba and take in divided doses. Almonds may be chewed 5-7 in no. Every morning. Sheershasan may be learnt and done for few minutes. Shadbindu and Anu oil 'nasya' may be taken. Food should be satvic. Bowel should be clean. See results in few weeks. Full effect may be seen in 4-5 months.

My right shoulder, from the joint was stuck itself and it felt a lot of pain. I was unable to move my arms. During twisting it back to its position it sounded like, click and then it was fine again. Even today I feel the pain, after 30 days of this incident. What actually happened and it it any serious issue?

Can any Dr suggest me home exercise for cervical problem which causes me pain at right hand fingers.

It seems like there might be some nerve compression due to which you have pain in fingers, there is some isometric exercises you can do at home like placing palm of your hand on forehead and pressing it against your hand same on left and right arround back portion of cheeks and back on f your head you might need some mannual traction too to relive the pain in your fingers too.
