To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice.

My wife period start 14th may & today we have done physical relation without protection, is there any risk of pregnancy or not.

Yes. There is risk of pregnancy. Give your wife unwanted 72 pil. Suggest her to take one pill within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. Try her to take it as early as possible.

Hello, Night fall is usually in a male having no connection with white spot of his mother, at all. In women that is just a little bit of lubrication near the vagina when they are watching or thinking of indulging in sexual activity. Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish your body to calm your nerves to check urge for sexual activities or dreams. Take, plenty of water to hydrate your body preventing constipation. Take, homeopathic medicine:@ Acid phos 1000-5 drops, weekly .(male)@ Sepia 200-5 drops a t bed time, daily (female). Avoid, junk food, alcohol and Nicotine. Take care.

Hello lybrate user- prolonged menses or over flow during menses is known as atyartava disease in ayurveda. It occurs due to improper diet and daily schedule. Try these tips to overcome this diseases- a) avoid salty and spicy foods, avoid fast foods, green leafy vegetable and curd.(these type of foods tends to increase bleeding tendency) b) go to bed before 10 pm. C) increase dairy product other than curd in your diet specially cow's ghee. D) use ashokaristha 2 tsp twice daily with water and tab pistil forte 1 tab twice daily. E) use chandra prabha vati 1 tab twice daily. >you will be surprised by the effect of this treatment. Do share your experience.

You maybe suffering from acute gasteroenteritis. It could be caused by food poisoning or viral or bacterial infection. You need to keep your body hydrated by drinking isotonic fluids like ors. You can take anti diarrhea medicine and anti vomiting medicine. If your symptoms persist, you will need to do blood tests and stool tests. You should take some soups or porridges like rice soup or porridge with added salt to supplement the lost fluid from your body. Natural fruit juices and coconut water is also very good to regain the electrolytes and fluids that are lost due to vomiting and diarrhea.

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation.

Dear , get urine and usg with full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness on full bladder and post-void residual urine volume measurement. This is to rule out or confirm if you have genuine problem in your urinary system. If they turn out to be negative then we can think about habit or conditioned reflex giving you trouble
