Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Ok. Ankylosing spondylitis decreases mobility and flexibility of whole spine which leads stiffness all over body. Do active exercises, avoid all exercises with weight. Join yoga. It will benefit you.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

Now, you have to wait. We need to know the details of usg report. In early pregnancy if heart beat is not there, we can repeat the scan but in relatively advanced cases, we have to accept the reality.

Your sisters headache could be due to insomnia or vice versa. She has already consulted a psychiatrist with not much benefit. Since deatils of her headache pattern is not described, its difficult tp comment. You should consult a neurologist or pain specialist in your city with her MRI reports. Meanwhile I will share some basic information regarding headache. Headache at young age can be due to 1. Tension headache: Pain is band like constriction at forehead. Simple analgesics like paracetamol will help. 2. Migraine: episodes of severe headache, generally one sided and associated with nausea or vomiting, photophobia / phonophobia. Migraine treatment requires lifestyle modifications and painkillers. 3. Headache can be due to refractive error (vision defect ). Simple vision check and wearing spectacles accordingly can help. 4. Sinusitis: Headache with nasal discharge, fever and throat pain. Consult an ENT specialist in such cases. Other causes of headache can be cluster headache, tumour, meningitis, cervical spine diseases, and many more. For relief your sister can take simple analgesics like paracetamol. Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily (aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it.

Wax formation is natural cleansing mechanism of body. Do not get into habit of ear cleaning regularly. Consider ear wax removal only if ear is blocked or is painful and hearing is affected. No single method is foolproof everytime. Visit your specialist if you have bothersome symptoms. You may use wax dissolving drops for 3-4 days before visiting the specialist.

Well your child may have shyness issues and if it becomes very pronounced, as in, she avoids looking up completely then you do need to get her help. Right now she is young and she can grow out of this behavior. You must encourage her to look up when speaking and never label her or embarrass her in public. You could actually talk to her about this behavior and find out what she is shy of. If you have too high expectations, or reprimanded her for not being good enough, or pointed out some short comings, she may use that to feel inadequate, especially in a social setting. She may also be afraid of older people and this intimidation may also have some history to it. First, you can ask her to look up when she speaks at home and help her become comfortable looking into familiar people’s faces. If you know that you had embarrassed her in the past and this is affecting her, apologize for the same and explain that you were too harsh perhaps, and rectify the issue or incident with some truth. You can ideally make her change in playful situations where the ease and comfort of the game will help her overcome her inhibitions. She must be given a lot of opportunities to play around with her peers. You may also check her behavior in school but very non-intrusively, and with the help of the teacher a lot of progress can be initiated. If there was any incident in the institution that contributed to this behavior then that can be looked at and some measures taken but it is to be very discreetly.

My hands used to be fairer but now it has gone black because I use to spend most of the time on sun how can I cure it?
Hi, Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Don't forget to apply Bakson's sunscreen 20-30minutes before stepping out in sun. Do wear hand gloves meant for protection from sunlight. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly.
