Hi onion is very good vegetable to treat sexual impotence. It increases libido and strengthens reproducing organs. White onions are best for this purpose. Take about 5-10 gm root powder of ladyfinger in a glass of milk. Add 2 tsp of mishri in this milk and drink it. This will prove helpful in improving sexual vigour. Apply pranacharya gopal oil on your penis and give a massage. It will strengthen your nerves and erection power will get better. You can take ayurvedic medicines too along with this.

Hi My mother aged 75 years. No sugar no bp. Reasonably healthy. But few days back her back bone compressed while travelling. Dr. Advises 3 week bed rest. And advises wear back support belt. But after 3 days now she is still suffering back pain even after taking prescribed tab like nervigen, ultracet, tolpa d, d360, altraday. My quest is should she use back supporting belt while sleep or in bed. Or is it necessary to use belt till back ache healed. How long it may take my mother to walk with in home? now she can't even sit. Can it be curable in home. Or else should I have to admit to hospital. Please answer immediately.

Hello . As you are telling I can get a fair idea that you mother is having vertebral compression fracture. If there is nothing neurologically, I mean no sensory loss or power or bladder and bowel dysfunction then you can continue with the same treatment. Vertebral fractures pain a lot and also take time to heal specially at this age. You need to wear back support for long time (exact duration can be commented only after looking at xray. Pls dont allow her to walk in home also till a month atleast. Feel free to ask any further queries or if you want to share and discuss records. Thanks.

No. Only if one uses anabolic steroids to build more stamina and strength, during body building, there is side effect of this resulting into the reduction in testosterone levels and causing low libido and decrease sex performance. If bending down is painful try to squat down and pick up any object as that is the correct way to avoid straining your back. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only…. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 7) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength…. A) Take 10-10ml of ginger juice and jaggery before meal. B) Take 30 ml of bhrungarajasava and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep…. C) Take one tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meal…Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Reply to me for further suggestions. Thanks.
