Early ejaculation or Premature Ejaculation is a common problem and most Indians have it. It happens because you are not able to control your excitement when you go for sex. By the time you start to sex with your partner, your peak is near and you get discharged soon. Males usually have 3 minutes from start of arousal to ultimate discharge. Females take 10-15 minutes to get aroused. So how to match both. Learn to desensitize or control your emotions a little by thinking something non sexual else while you do foreplay on your partner. You can increase the time of foreplay, sex play time increases and because of that you will be able to satisfy your wife. You are spending more time in bed. When about 10-15 minutes have passed then think of yourself and you will charge immediately in a second. Then do sex. If you have proper desires then erection will too be good. If negative thoughts are there then your erection will not be good. For insertion take help of some lubrication but if you have good desires and foreplay is good, lubrication comes automatically. Ask your wife/ GF to help in getting insertion. Changing of positions also helps in proper insertion and lasting & satisfying sex. Your Diet should consist of is fresh fruits what ever available and similarly fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging or brisk walking every morning. This will keep you sexually active and fit. To take medicine without and problem will land you in Problem. Rest you deciede.

Hi doctor. I'm a software engineer. I had undergo one new problem for past 3 days. After I ate dinner, quite after some time (i.e after. 45 mns or 1 hr, I felt like pull a muscle in my chest and it hardly lasts for 2-3 minutes. Last 3 nights I ate upma, rice and idli (represents consecutive days). The pain is moderate and suddenly it felt like muscle pulled in my chest. I didn't felt any other symptoms. No coughing and any other. I ate fast doctor because I had the habit of that. I also had apprentice and constipation problems.

Don't worry your problems related to acid peptic disease. Usually seen in people engaged in stressful jobs. Avoid spicy foods, alcohol, smoking, night shifts. You need PPI. For atleast 14 days to get rid of your symptoms.

Hi, Looks like you have strains your abdominal muscles in some activity Take rest Avoid any painful activity Incase it has happens yesterday Then apply ice over the area If it has been couple of days then do hot towel fermentation If problem persists go and visit Your physician.

Dear lybrate user. Sperm Count. 40 million to 300 million is the normal range for the number of sperm per milliliter. Counts below 10 million are considered poor; counts of 20 million or more may be fine if motility and morphology are normal. 1. Avoid overheating your testicles. There's a reason our testicles rest outside our bodies: they need to stay a bit cooler than the rest of our internal organs. When testicles get too warm, they aren't able to produce as much sperm.[1] There are a number of ways to make sure your testicles don't get overheated: Don't wear tight pants and jeans. Wear loose, cotton boxer shorts instead of briefs. Sleep without underwear so that your testicles stay cooler. Avoid hot baths and saunas. 2. Wear a jockstrap when you play sports. It goes without saying, because most men know this from experience, but a blow to the balls will hurt you and kill your sperm. 3. Massage your body with herbal oils. This, along with regular exercise, improves overall blood flow and circulation. Increased circulation means healthier sperm. 4. Reduce stress levels. Stress can decrease your sexual function, leading to reduced sperm production.[2] If you work 12 plus hour days and never give yourself a chance to rest, your count might be down as a result. Try practicing relaxation techniques throughout the day to keep yourself feeling calm. Keep your mind and body healthy by regularly practicing yoga and meditation, or take up running or swimming. Stress hormones block Leydig cells, which are tasked with regulating testosterone production. When your body experiences too much stress, it can actually stop producing sperm altogether. Make sure you're getting enough sleep every night. Exhaustion can also lead to increased stress and cause decreased sperm production. 5. Stop smoking. Smoking cigarettes causes sperm counts to be lower, makes them move more slowly, and causes the sperm themselves to be misshapen. 6. Drink alcohol moderately. Alcohol affects your liver function, which, in turn, causes a dramatic spike in estrogen levels. 7. Ejaculate less frequently. Frequent ejaculations can lower sperm count. Your body produces millions of sperm each day, but if you already have low sperm count, consider storing them up longer between ejaculations. If you have sex or masturbate daily, cut down on the frequency for increased sperm production. 8. Be careful around toxins. Exposure to chemicals can affect the size, movement and count of your sperm. It's more and more difficult to avoid exposure to toxins, but it's absolutely necessary for your overall health and the health of your sperm. Do the following to decrease your exposure: If you work around chemicals all day long, protect your skin with long sleeves and gloves, and make sure you wear a mask and goggles to protect your face. Use natural cleaning supplies instead of cleaning with chemicals. Don't use pesticides or herbicides in your house or yard. 9. Be wary of medications. Certain medications can lead to decreased sperm count and even permanent infertility. If sperm production is a big concern for you, make sure you ask your doctor whether any medication prescribed might affect your sperm count. Look at the labels on over-the-counter medicines, too. 10. Involve in physical exercises. 11. Flax seeds increase testosterone in a man's body. They also contain essential fatty acids that are necessary for maintaining libido. Flax seeds help in the proper release of all sex hormones, facilitating sexual desire. Taking one tablespoon of flax seed every day will ensure your sexual health. Take care.

Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. I had my last period on Aug 17, 2018. Since then, the period never came again and I would always use pt when my period is late and all was negative, but still no period. Not until Nov 21, I tried using pregnancy tests again, 7 pregnancy tests and all came positive. And I'm having pregnancy symptoms like sore breast and it got bigger as well, frequent urination, moodiness. But I went for an ultrasound on Nov 22, the doctor said I'm not pregnant. I'm so confused. Am I pregnant or not.
