Hello doctor my son is going to swimming now a days. He was fair, but his color is tanning day by day. He apply sunscreen lotion before going into pool. What we do to get his color fair again. Help.

Hello doctor my son is going to swimming now a days. He was fair, but his color is tanning day by day. He apply sunsc...
This will happen because you need a water proof sunscreen. Also, presence of chlorine causes skin darkening. He should use vitamin c spray on the whole body before and after swimming. For the darkening, de-tanning is important, use a se-tan lotion as well. Lotions also give him vitamin c rich foods in diet.

I have white hair at this age please give me the correct advise to get them again black.

BHMS
Homeopath, Agra
I have white hair at this age please give me the correct advise to get them again black.
1. Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. 9. Tips Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. --Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. --Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. --Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. --Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. --Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. •When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. --You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well.

Causes of premature graying of hair chronic cold sinusitis faulty diet mental worries lack of vitamin b complex, iron, copper and iodine heredity factors dirty conditions of the scalp using electric dryers using concentrated hair dyes nutritional deficiency washing hair with ward water chronic constipation anemia hormonal imbalance illness and infectious diseases stress and anxiety toxic / heavy metal poisoning chemotherapy and radiation insufficient kidney energy vitiligo thyroid disease folic acid deficiency symptoms of premature graying of hair thinning of hair loss of hair color before the age of 35 brittle hair headache (if grey hair is the result of sinus/ nutritional deficiency) home remedy for premature graying of hair one of the best home remedies for premature graying of hair comprises of curry leaves. Include them in your daily diet. Alternatively, you can put some curry leaves in coconut oil and boil it. Strain the oil and let it cool down. Apply it over the scalp. Dry a few pieces of ribbed gourd in the sun. Soak them in coconut oil for about 3 to 4 hours. After this, boil it until the residue becomes black and cool it down a bit. Massage the scalp with the residue. Extract juice from fresh leaves of amaranth vegetable. Apply this juice on the hair. It will prove helpful in retaining the black color of hair and also aid the growth of new hair. Massage the scalp with butter made out of cow's milk. This should be applied at least two times in a week. Indian gooseberry is beneficial in treating premature graying of hair. Cut the fruit into pieces and dry them. Once dried, put them in coconut oil, until the solid matter becomes dusty or powdered. Apply on the hair. Mix a tsp of indian gooseberry juice with a tsp of almond oil and few drops of lime juice. Apply this mixture on your hair and keep it overnight. In the morning, wash the hair. This is an effective home remedy for treating premature graying of hair. Avoid having refined flour and sugar, soft drinks, pastries, jam, too spicy food, hot food, chilies and oily food. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. They are effective in treating premature graying of hair. Mix a liter of yoghurt with a tablespoon of yeast. Have a bowl of this mixture before every meal, as it is effective in treating premature graying. Only homoeopathic medicines work well in this condition.

Hair Transplantation procedure and its advantages

Hello good morning. I am doctor Vijay Kakkar. I am a senior consultant in plastic surgery. Today we will be discussing something about Hair Transplant.

There are many myths and many ads in the market but what is hair transplant? Who should do it and who are doing it? What are the problems? Recently we have writer very sad news about the death during hair transplant.

So let us discuss what it is and who should do it and what are the precautions to be taken and not to get fleeced by people who are not qualified are competent to do this kind of surgeries. Basically in hair transplant we distribute the hairs that means you have permanent hair on the back of the scalp which we take it and then put it on the front to make it your hairline much younger and healthier.

So now in hair transplant there are two kinds of procedure-

One is FUE that is follicular unit extraction and FUT method.

FUT is a strip kind of method that is we take a strip from the back of the scalp from the permanent donor zone which these hair which we take are resistant to male hormones and put them on the front area so that they do not fall off and again extraction method is little different but putting the here is the same in both the techniques. In FUE we take out individual hairs. This is almost called a scarless surgery. All the ones we shave it off you can always see the small tiny dots of harvested hair.

Now there are two basic different people go most of the time after a FUE that we don't want a cut or we don't want a scar but we must understand if you want more hair then we have to go for FUT method only that is sticker strip. Because a strip gives a large volume of hair and if you take a strip then you can always go for a second session of FUE. While if you take FUE if you talk about permanent zone there are hardly 2000-2200 here in the permanent zone which we take at one go. If we are taking more than that that means we are going through a non permanent zone and these hair will fall off.

So we have to be careful about these issues and once we transplant hair then we have to take certain cares that initially in the beginning there is a little swelling, the little pain when doing we give good antibiotic and it has to be done in a good setup and clean and all surgical steps have to be followed because it is a surgical procedure and should be done with surgical Precision and should be done by either qualified Dermatologist who is qualified to do this kind of surgery and has been trained or preferably by a surgeon who are routinely trained in this kind of surgery and do it routinely.

And if you have any queries you can contact me on Lybrate or you can come to my clinic in Janakpuri. The addresses C-2A, 236 A, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58.

How to get rid of dark skin and dead skin? And one more question how to get rid of oily and get skin glow?
Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Betacarotene, found in pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes, and lutein, found in kale, papaya and spinach are potent antioxidants, important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone. Homoeopathic medicine NATRUM MUR 6X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tabs 3 time daily Apply Cucumber daily in evenings for 1 hour Apply Lime juice daily morning on face for 15 minutes HOME REMEDY Prepare a paste of Multani mitti + 1 spoon Turmeric powder +10 drops Lime nd add Raw milk to prepare a paste nd apply thi paste twice in a week
