I am having a problem with my ears I can not voices others I have cleaned my ears many times how can I solve my problem?
Dear lybrate user, please visit a physician, he/she would examine your ears and advise treatment correctly as its difficult to point out to the exact cause without examining. Common associated conditions may be impacted wax, middle ear infection, damage to ear membrane. Meanwhile, avoid using any object (not even ear bud) to clean your ears.

Hello dear Lybrate user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Circumcision is removal of extra foreskin which creates problems in many ways. Not very virgin requires circumcision, it is an individual decision of surgery What you require can be best figured out by a private consultation with a photo picture of the penis as an attachment Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL https://www.Lybrate.com/gandhinagar/doctor/dr-bhagyesh-patel-general-surgeon Regards take care.

I am 46 years old. I have high blood pressure. I have already gone through hernia operation prior to 2 years but am suffering the same disease once again as it has again occurred. Please suggest what treatment can be done on this case. Should I go for laparoscopic or normal operation.

MS - General Surgery, FMAS.Laparoscopy
General Surgeon, Gandhinagar
Hello dear Lybrate user, Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Needs an evaluation with an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for best evaluation and guidelines of cure. Still without report, as per my surgical experience of 18 years, I would strongly recommend open surgery only when there is again appearance after previous surgery (never think of laparoscopic surgery ). Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL https://www.Lybrate.com/gandhinagar/doctor/dr-bhagyesh-patel-general-surgeon Regards take care.

Sir my grandmother is recently operated for a fracture in leg where the broken bone injured a artery after the operation the leg is not moving and is slowly turning blue doctors are saying that it was due to error in artery joining and due to which blood circulation has stopped in the leg . They are suggesting to cut the leg else there is a life risk in cleaning the blood clot sir I wanna know is there any other way to start the circulation again so that there would not be a need to cut her leg please reply soon.

Hand Surgery, M.S. (Orthopaedics
Orthopedist, Ahmedabad
Dear I get that it is painful decision to cut the leg but when there is no circulation of blood the part dies and become gangrene. So if it is not amputated it will cause infection and even death. So get rid of it and then she an walk with artificial limb later.

My father had eight blockage in heart. He already had one heart attack. Can he undergo bypass or angioplasty surgery?
Bypass surgery will be better( if there are any good blood vessels in the heart to connect the grafts) when there are so many blocks..

1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Homeopathy for PCOS

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Noida
Homeopathy for PCOS

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS is referred to as a condition that leads to an imbalance in the hormonal levels of women between the ages of 18 to 44. Women suffering from the syndrome develop small cysts in the ovaries. These cysts might disrupt the normal functions of the ovaries resulting in hormonal imbalances. If you suffer from PCOS, the secretion of the male hormone androgen (which is present in a small amount in every female) increases abnormally, thereby causing a significant disruption of the ovulation process and the menstruation cycles.

Causes:

Women suffering from obesity or who have a past history of PCOS in their families are at a higher risk of suffering from the syndrome.

Symptoms:

The symptoms that one might experience along with syndrome are as follows:

  1. Appearances of acne along with the development of excess body and facial hair.

  2. Irregular or no periods.

  3. Problems with conception and infertility.

  4. Intense pain in the pelvic area and severe depression.

Homeopathic Treatment for PCOS:

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is curable with the Homeopathic mode of treatment. Homeopathic treatment for polycystic ovarian syndrome is very safe and free from any side effect.Which Homeopathic medicine is required to extract the disease from its roots varies from case to case. Both the physical and mental spheres of the patient are thoroughly investigated while prescribing the Homeopathic medicine. The complete cure of PCOS is a time-consuming process and it cannot be expected in a few days. It requires complete observation regarding the change of symptoms in the patient and frequent clinical follow-ups. Some of the most beneficial homeopathic remedies for PCOS are:

  1. Sepia – Useful for the symptoms of severe pain in the lower back and abdominal areas along with abnormal menstrual periods.

  2. Apis Mellifica –This homeopathic preparation is effective in relieving the symptoms of severe pain in the ovarian regions along with tenderness in the abdominal and uterine areas caused by PCOS.

  3. Pulsatilla – This medication is very effective in treating symptoms of PCOS such as late and minimal menstrual periods along with rapid mood swings, irritation and a decreased sensation of thirst.

  4. Sulphur – This homeopathic preparation is very useful if there is a presence of severely itchy and painful acne along with other skin related symptoms of PCOS.

  5. Natrum Muriaticum – This homeopathic preparation is useful if you experience significant problems with conception along with irregularity in menstrual cycles, along with an excessive craving for salt in the regular diet, unwillingness towards sunlight exposure, and intense episodes of crying and uncharacteristic shyness.

  6. Graphites – If you are of a stout build or are overweight and regularly suffer from constipation along with PCOS, graphites are one of the best homeopathic medications to relieve symptoms and treat this condition.

These are just a few of the commonly used Homeopathic remedies and are mentioned only to create awareness about the effectiveness of Homeopathic medicines for PCOS. It is not advisable to resort to self-medication for any disease. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a homeopath.

Dear Nitin. I can understand. if your friend has erection during masturbation and while watching porn, I am sure he do not have any physical problems. This also means that his problem is psychological and I can see performance anxiety. I suggest you to ask your friend to provide more information. Take care.
