Omeprazole is a good tablet for pain in stomach after a spicy food. You may have to be regular in life style. Proper timely sleep, non spicy non fatty food items, regular meal time. Avoidance of tobacco and alcohol. Daily dose of above tablets for 4 to 6 weeks. If no relief or recurrence, you must see a general surgeon for clinical examination and relevant investigations.

I am 25 year girl and I have right lower abdominal pain. What's the reason for this.?

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Please note that if the pain is continuous and is related to menses then you need to do a USG of whole abdomen to understand the underlying cause (ovarian cyst, etc). If it is related to non-clearance of bowels then - try clearing your bowels. Rarely an appendicitis may consider a cause... However further details are required to suggest..

I have problems with my motion I face lots of difficulty in clearing my stomach. Please help.

Ayurveda, Hyderabad
Hello, it can be due to less water intake or lack of roughage or fibre in your diet. You can get rid of this trouble by including lots of fruits especially guava orange, whole grains (oats, daliya, brown rice) and vegetables in your diet. Only by consuming fibre the prob will not get solved consume 10-12 glasses of water a day. Avoid fast food and spicy items and maida products. Thanks.
