Dear sir, You must do suggested exercises because majority of the Back pain is due to faulty posture, it means faulty posture occurs due to muscle imbalance in the back and daily exercises will maintain the muscle balancing and provide you a better posture so you can live active life style daily so thats why I suggest do daily recommended exercise to live pain free life.

do hot fermentation. avoid computer work and toward bending and gym (heavy weight). do stretching exercises of neck and shoulder. if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days

What I understand from your question is your concern and worry for repetitive anal sex. Anal sex is an unnatural way of having sex, and is a perversion. Though it can be ones sexual preference but it is harmful and potentially unsafe in many ways. It may cause infections of the anal canal, urinary tract, tears and injuries in the anal canal, fissures etc. Vaginal sex is the most safe and natural way of having intercourse. There is no most or least enjoyable position for sex. A consenting couple may opt for as many possible positions that are comfortable to both of them. For more details on the same you may read relevant scientific books available or consult a sexual counsellor and psychiatrist.

Feeling uncomfortable and pain is increasing when I go for sleep. Should I use my pillow or not while sleeping? Or what is the reason for this pain. Dear Ms. Lybrate-user, your problem seems vague and needs an assessment. The pain may be because of posture and your lifestyle. You can go for an x-ray and rule out any problems related to the vertebrae. If you have headache as well and is persistent then you must also go for an mri. Visit a nearest physiotherapy clinic and get yourself assessed.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Inform after 10 days for further guidance.

Slip disc is a serious problem in which the role of physiotherapy is vital .Vellore physiotherapy department is one of the best in the country and but getting an appointment may take months if you don't go through proper channels. Hi. Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it.

Hello there are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of forearm muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress (eg. Hands holding the steering for prolonged period) 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by teaching correct postural habits and ergonomics, do consult me privately. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting with affected hand. 3. Avoid weight bearing and extra pronation and supination activities activities. 4. You can take break during driving. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of forearm support. 6. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 7. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 8. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. Thanks.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist
