I am 45 years female and suffering from knee joint pain from last 2 years. How can I get rid from the pain.
First of all you have to know what is the cause for your knee pain. Is it some injury, trauma or osteoarthritis. For the last 2 years what all treatment you have taken. You can visit an orthopaedic surgeon who can prescribe you the correct investigation and medicines apart from that start with physiotherapy session. Learn knee exrrcises and do them daily. Also you can apply hot water fomentation on your knees twice a day. Start with calcium tablet and vit d once a week. Also avoid postures like squatting cross legged sitting and excessive stair climbing.

Posture correction must rest must. Avoid long sitting toward bending lifting heavyweight tk swd tens ultrasonic therapy for 7 days best for you.

3 years back I was residing in delhi after that I moved to noida, when I was in delhi or earlier my skin was so fair (face, neck, hand, legs) but since I moved to noida it's being 3 years my skin going dark day by day, I didn't change anything in my life style, but still affected, I would like to know is it water in noida because in noida water is quite sour other than that nothing is changed, please help give me right suggestions, I want my fair skin back thanks.

Water may not be the only cause for skin tanning. Try best to avoid sunexposure during peak sun. Limit the use of sun exposure as far as possible or use sunscreen. Get your hormonal profile evaluated,

Hi it can be overuse injury, tennis elbow or golfer's elbow. Apply cold pack for 20 min. Thrice a day for 5 days. You can start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation and exercise will strengthen elbow and wrist joint. Wishing you a good health.

I am having leg pain and weakness from last 5 days. And feeling very tired. What to do now?
: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

See if your mother is suffering from arthritis then there is no choice but you have to decide when you want to get it done if pain is less and she is able to move around then you can wait.

If you don't have any injury go for ergonomic care of the back. Never sleep on ypur stomach always on your back with knee bent or on sideways.

) chest pain causes 1. Heart disease 2. Stress, anxiety 3. Lack of exercise 4. Sedentary life style 5. Obesity (over weight) 6. Smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption, excess tea/coffee 7. Excess oily, fatty, cholesterol rich diet, junk food 8. Hyperacidity, musculr pain 9. Heredity and genetic factor prevention follow the advice given below 1. Avoid stress and strain 2. Do regular exercise, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 3 avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumptio, excess tea/coffee. 4. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 5. Take paracetamol 500 mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain 6. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 7. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ecg and consult cardiologist.

Kindly show me your all the reports you seem to be suffering from seronegative rheumatoid arthritis. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Knee Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting. Quadriceps Exercises. Hams Stretching. Sports Taping Hot Fomentation.

Sitting for long hours weaken your back muscles which are no longer able to support your spine. You need to do some modifications in your work area. Take breaks, stand and do some stretches for the back muscles. Learn back strengthening exercises from a physiotherapist and do them daily. That would make your muscles strong and your spine in a better alignment. Also you can do hot water fomentation two times a day.

Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful. Relief by: rest ice application stretching exercises will help a lot god bless you.
