Immediately take glucose or oral rehydration solution (ors) from a medical shop which will not cost more than 10 rs. Or prepare the drink at home with salt and sugar to energies immediately. If you are living with your parents then ask them to provide coconut water and any fruit juices or sweet milk. Once you feel good ask some one to accompany you and meet the near by doctor.

I feel low on energy from past 4 days When I feel hungry and start eating my stomach is full quickly and I get burps. Hello, if vomiting was forceful, then some sort of mucosal fear can lead to blood in vomiting. If it persists, or if you have black color stool, need to evaluate further. Lybrate-user. Cycling is good exercise for weight loss. It will surely give good shape to your thighs and hip. But I am afraid it may not be able to give you 6 abs. For 6 abs you have to do lot more tgen cycling. You have to control your diet. Restric fat consumption and increase proteins. Exercise should be very very specific for abs. All thing should be done under proper guidance. Exercise and diet without planning will not take you anywhere.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hi, according to your height your weight is too low. I advice you, you should do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

As per your age 55 kg weight is optimum. You may get involved in more outdoor activities- playing/ swimming/dancing/aerobics. Spend less time with tv/ mobile/video games. Avoid eating in front of tv. Have small frequent meals. Avoid junk/ processed/ready to eat/ outside/fried/ sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Exercise daily for at least 1/2 hr, take stairs instead of lift & walk/ cycle instead of hiring transport. Eat slowly.

1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily. 3. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time. 4. Drink lukewarm water/hot soup/herbal tea etc 5. If you have recurrent attack of cold you may be having sinusitis/allergic rhinitis 6. Take plain xray pns/ct scan of pns after consulting ent specialist to exclude sinusitis and take treatment accordingly 7. If sinusitis is excluded, it I could be due to allergic rhinitis, do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.

I am 22 years old. I have always been a skinny girl. Almost everyone including my family used to tell me to eat something so that I cud gain muscle. Dear lybrate user Rajni ,we can not make everyone happy its just impossible what any one can do is to make himself happy, we cannot change the thinking of people around us but its in our hand that we take the important things from them and leave the useless things .Once there was a boy,his father and his horse were going ,both of them were on horse then people said how cruel they are ,then father started to walk and son was on horse then people said how selfish is the son his old father is walking and he is enjoying on horse then son started to walk and father on horse then people said how cruel is father ,then both started to walk then people said how foolish they are they are walking with horse ,so the moral of the story is people will say in every situation.we get only one life after that we don't know what will happen in future, what we can do is to live every second of life ,enjoy every moment of life ,is it really right that for some one you are upset??tell me one thing if someone gives you something and you will not accept then that thing will be with that person only. This is the time that you should start thinking about yourself, only about yourself ,what do you want to be, what do you want to eat, to do, your career, your friends, your likings etc. Develop some hobby, make some good friends, make yourself busy, as much you will think you will get frustrate and will gain nothing, live only for yourself, and this can be possible when you will involve yourself in some other things first start from joining any hobby class and make any good friend with whom you can share everything .take care.

Never take supplements, its like slow poison , these doctore, coaches and supplements will never tell you the truth about these products as tey want is profit, our food has no substitute, eat lots of paneer, cow ghee, banana, almonds to gain weight naturally, start doing surya namaskar, also start doing prithvi mudra to gain weight naturally, dont harm your bodies with these man made proteins, its cancerous.
