You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Hello, I have some skin disease after many research I have found out that is fungal infection of ringworm. I have used ointment of lobate and dip genta and tablets of voxim, vozet. Still it is not solved .please suggest some good treatment.

1.Keep the area clean and dry. 2.change under garments and socks daily. 3. Do not Wear tight clothes. Wear loose-fitting cotton under garments. 4. Wash clothes with hot water 5. Change linen daily 6. hello, yah sure u can get ur dream body. make sure u have proper protien source and good protien intake. breakfast oats with milk , 7 soaked almonds, 2 banana, 3 walnuts brunch banana shake , salad lunch 2 chapati , any veg , littel curd, rice, boiled potato before workout 2 banana after workout 5 eggs, sprouts, banana shake, dinner 3 chapati, daal, salad, chicken, before sleep 1 glass milk this diet 'll help u to gain weight n muscles

That depends upon climate in india or saudi. It's possible that you may be feeling well in clear and hot climate. And you may catch cold due to dust allergy. Here the climate is also variable, some times humid that may cause cold and allergy. So take proper care to prevent the allergy. Cover your nose while going in dusty are. Eat plenty of orange lemon guava and amla, all very rich source of vitamins that provide us immunity.

Hello lybrate-user Hypomenorrhoea is not a disease in itself. .it is a symptom and in your case the cause seems to be a thin uterus lining due to low estrogen levels. 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Soya can eaten in added to curries and 75 - 1 00 gms can be used. The bioavailability of plant protein is low in comparison to animal sources. It's good to have a source of legume in your diet, just don't completely rely on this as your only pro source especially in a bodybuilding diet. Both have their places and none should be traded for the other.

Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello lybrate-user its depend on calories intake how much you are taking per day. Your calorie intake should be 2100 kcal per day and you are taking 3200 kcal then you have need to burn 1100 kcal for being fit.

Hello Lybrate user As egg yolk contains higher amount of cholesterol it should be consumed in limits. You can take 2-7 egg whites per week as it also contains other essential nutrients too.
