lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The iformation given is very little to give any opinion. I need to know full details like fasting, PP & HbA1c%, dietary pattern extent of daily exercise, total medications being taken with exact dosage. Plus please clarify in your "medical conditions" there is a mention as T1 diabetes. If that is the case then how is that you are on Diamicron? Because T1 DM is only treated with Insulin Injection. No other anti diabetic drugs is used. Thanks.

Check your blood. 1. Esr 2. Hb if have regular cold or sputum try to eradicate because sputum will not allow to increase your weight. To reduce it consume tulasi daily.

Hi 1) sleep on tym. N min 8 hrs sleep is essential for body 2) wkup early n do morning walk at least 45 min in fresh air 3) eat breakfast n meals on tym. Please eat freshly prepared food only. Don't eat refrigerator food 4) listen your favourite music 5) love your self. Feel proud whenever your working thanku.

Clarified butter is an excellent source of saturated fat and calories, hence it can increase your body weight. Plus, clarified butter helps your body absorb more vitamins and minerals that help lubricate stiff joints and give your skin a healthy glow. 1. Mix one tablespoon of clarified butter with one tablespoon of sugar. 2. Eat this mixture twice daily, at least 30 minutes before eating your lunch and dinner. 3. Follow this routine for a month.

I felt sleepy and tired much time. I sleep 6 hours. I can't sleep more than this duration because I am a student and preparing for ESE so what can I do to feel active every time and also give some tips for increasing concentration power so that I understood things as I heard or in small time.

Six hours of sleep is good enough, if you're having a sound sleep. Some changes in your eating habits are a must. Eat small portions of food at small intervals. Add more of fresh fruits and salads to your diet. Have lots of water- it keeps your body hydrated and improves your blood circulation, therby keeping you alert. While studying read aloud whatever you are studying - explain the content to someone, or an imaginary friend- pretend to teach someone- your understanding will improve, so will your concentration and memory. Make points of the content. Revise more often. Before sleeping just repeat the points to yourself. Exercise, or play some outdoor sport everyday for at least 40-60 mins.

Hello, Weight gain or loss can be challenging at this age. Nevertheless, it is not impossible. Your body needs at least 10 kgs of weight gain. Get into strength training, aerobic exercise and eat good amount of high quality proteins and carbohydrates with minimal to moderate usage of fats.

Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Noodles and pasta are rich in calories and have high amount of carbohydrates. They are easy to make and also saves cooking time. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also add lean chicken and a lot of vegetables to the noodles and pasta that will convert it into a high calorie and nutritious food and provide you essential minerals and proteins.

Do high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.
