Its Too early to be worried about just relax do regular exercise and take fresh fruit and fresh vegetables and wait for some period then wait for the result.
You have to get certain test to know the cause for abortion, so that it should not repeat in future also.
It may get Ultra Sound LOwer abdomen at 10 weeks it will confirm any side effect, not before that.
Continue with the pregnancy, never get abortion of the first perganacy, it effects future pregnancy.
Its good to stop pre marital sex, once you get married then you can enjoy this, for any illness you can contact.
