After shaving, I found rashes on my cheek, and also one or two large pimples arise there, the arise rashes automatically vanished after 2 days but the pimples not, please help what can I do, its happening for more than 1 year, I applied betnovate c ,after applying only for 3 days at night, I think the rashes arise more so I stopped applying.

Rashes after shaving we call it as barbers itch your skin is some what delicate firt please do not apply strong shaving cream do not do it vigorously after shaving apply antiseptic solution mix with water 50 ml water +20 droops solution apply slowly then see if persist then I will give another source.

Dear lybrate user. A) apply paste of milk and fine powder of nutmeg on face, two times in a day. B) take 1 tsf of fennel seeds along with 1 tsf of jiggery after meals c) take 30 ml of tulsi and lemon juice along with 10 ml of honey and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

You are going through extended grief reaction, which is normal after loss of a loved one. Time is the healer for the emotional and behavioral changes, however if your depression is severe enough to affect you in a significant manner, kindly consult a psychiatrist for short term antidepressant medication, depending on the complaints.

I am a oral cancer patient. My surgery was done in July2013, at Vadodara. I had undergoan for Radiation treatment for 31 sessions in August, Sept'13. It was 2nd stage cancer. Recently i had under goan for CT scan. According to CT scan report my treating Dr. Said It is not abnormal. I am afraid with Dr. Statement.If it is not abnormal means it is also not normal. I am afraid to consult even other Dr. Pl help me & guide, How my CT report can be sent to your panel Dr. For further advise. Or suggest alternative if any. .

Dear, One thing you have to accept is that all things cant be as normal as they were before therapy. Its not abnormal means its fine as per your oral health status. Pimples form when dead skin cells mix with excess oil this mixture plugs the pore, causing swelling. Bacteria can grow in the mix and lead to infection and pus. It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples. Washing your face removes dirt, impurities and any excess oil that has built up on the surface of your skin. Ideally, you should wash your face facial cleanser. Use a clean dry towel to pat your face dry In addition to looking out for noncomedogenic moisturizers, you should be careful to choose a product that suits your skin type. For example, if you have very oily skin you may want to use a lighter, gel-based moisturizer, whereas if you you have dry, flaky skin, you may need a heavier, cream-based one? Stay away from foods like potato chips, chocolate, pizza and fries. These foods are high in fat, sugar and starch, which is not good news for your skin or your overall health.

Hello! check your vit. D n calcium level. According to your height you are over weight. So, that can be also a reason of your leg pain. To be fit take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

You can make your own hair fall-preventing medicine at home by frying some fenugreek (methi) seeds in coconut oil. Strain this mixture and apply it in minimal amounts, rubbed gently into the hair roots. Alternatively, you can boil some henna leaves in mustard oil. After cooling and straining this preparation, add drops of it in your coconut oil container that you are using for regular massaging.

There is abnormal fear and it could do with some contribution from your upbringing. Perhaps you experienced strict parenting; or you were intimidated by dire consequences for failure; perhaps you were brought up believing that you were not as good as others; perhaps you were forced to show undue regard for elders and felt inferior around them, etc. You must immediately seek help from a counselor. In the meantime you must do certain things to build your constitution physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. You need to attend personality development courses, personal grooming courses, conversational skills courses, and definitely a good education will empower you to boost self-confidence and by default self-image. Learn never to compare yourself with others: you are unique and there is only one of your kind, ever. If you let that sink in and appreciate who you are truly, you will go places.

I am suffering from leukoplakia in the left buckle mucosa. I have taken biopsy. Biopsy report shows" squamous hyperplasia with dysplasia.

Leukoplakia is a condition typically seen in tobacco users. Mainly smokeless tobacco like paan with tobacco, zarda, khaini, pan masala etc. Leukoplakia has a predisposition to turn into oral cancer. But if diagnosed early as in your case the recovery can be complete! I am really glad that you have undergone the biopsy and if biopsy shows squamous hyperplasia with dysplasia it means that we have caught the lesion early and nothing is there to worry as it has not transformed into an oral cancer lesion. How ever you need to get the rest of the lesion treated and that can nowadays be done with a laser which is painless and has fantastic healing capabilities! alternatives would be surgical excision of the lesion and re biopsy of the entire lesion that has been removed to make sure that none of the cells in that area have turned into cancer cells! but before all that what is most important is that you will need to stop the usage of tobacco totally as now you are predisposed to getting these lesions easily! tobacco is now a poison for you and if continued to be used then recurrence can occur and with severe consequences! I there fore sincerely request you to stop this habit instantly and plan for the removal of the lesion after you have gotten over the habit! thank you and take care!
