Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Fluoride stains are internal. So it's very difficult. Go for tooth whitening procedure. Or you can mask it with composite veneers or ceramic veneers.

Hi Sumesh, your premature graying may be due to Vitamin / mineral deficiency or genetic but certainly not because of masturbation. Masturbation does not cause you any harm. Take nutritious food and stop worrying (Worry is another cause of graying). You may use some good ayurvedic hair oils to reduce graying.

Recommend- regular checkup of bp, daily exercise, sound sleep, along with these home remedies, get regular, mild exercise to promote blood flow. Avoid vigorous exercise and heavy lifting, though. Also, consult your doctor to check if any of your prescription medications are causing the problem, homeopathic medicine are safe and effective in blood pressure, high bp - follow the dash diet eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains low-fat dairy products, lean meats, fish, and nuts eliminating foods that are high in saturated fats, such as processed foods, full-fat dairy products, and fatty meats it also helps to cut back on desserts and sweetened beverages, such as soda and fruit punch. - put down the salt shaker -lose excess weight - fully stop nicotine addiction - fully stop or limited alcohol intake - avoid stress (mental & physical) low bp - for many people, chronic low blood pressure can be effectively treated with diet and lifestyle changes. Depending on the cause of your symptoms, your doctor may tell you to increase your blood pressure by making these simple changes: eat a diet higher in salt. Drink lots of nonalcoholic fluids. 1) salt water salt water helps treat low blood pressure because the sodium in salt increases blood pressure. Do not overdo this remedy though, as excess salt can prove to be unhealthy. Simply mix one-half teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and drink it. You can also drink sports beverages. 2. Coffee having a cup of strong coffee, hot chocolate, cola, or any caffeinated beverage can also temporarily increase your blood pressure. If you frequently suffer from low blood pressure, drink a cup of coffee in the morning or have it along with meals, especially when dealing with orthostatic hypotension. But, do not make it a habit because the long-term effects of caffeine are not clear. 3. Raisins raisins are a traditional ayurvedic remedy that is considered excellent for treating hypotension naturally. Soak 30 to 40 raisins in a cup of water overnight. Eat them in the morning, one at a time, on an empty stomach. You can also drink the water in which the raisins were soaked. Follow this remedy for a few weeks or even a month. You can take about four to five almonds, 10 to 15 black currants, and 15 to 20 peanuts along with a glass of milk. 4. Holy basil holy basil is beneficial for low blood pressure because it is rich in vitamin c, magnesium, potassium, and pantothenic acid. Furthermore, it helps balance the mind and reduces stress. Extract the juice of 10 to 15 basil leaves. Add one teaspoon of honey to it. Drink this juice daily on an empty stomach. You can also chew four to five basil leaves daily in the morning. 5. Licorice root licorice root is another popular home remedy for normalizing low blood pressure caused by low levels of cortisol. It blocks the enzyme that breaks down cortisol and supports healthy adrenalin function. It is also effective in curing chronic fatigue syndrome. You can prepare licorice tea by steeping one teaspoon of this herb (dried or powdered) in a cup of boiling water for about five minutes. You can take it daily for a few days. Alternatively, you can take about 400-500 mg of licorice root capsules for a few days. 6. Beetroot juice raw beetroot juice is helpful in dealing with high as well as low blood pressure. For hypotension, drink a cup of beetroot juice twice daily for about one week. Other natural fruit juices are also considered helpful in this regard. 7. Almonds and milk- this is another traditional home remedy for low blood pressure. Soak five to six almonds in water overnight. In the morning, peel off the skin and grind the almonds into a smooth paste. Finally, boil the paste in a cup of milk. Drink a cup of this every morning. 8. Rosemary- rosemary is believed to be useful in normalizing low blood pressure because it stimulates the central nervous system and improves circulation. Take up to 10 ml of rosemary tincture per day. Having freshly prepared infusion with this herb or adding it to your foods is also useful. Furthermore, you can simply add three to four drops of rosemary essential oil in your diffuser for aromatherapy benefits. 9. Carrot juice- starting your day with fresh carrot juice mixed with a little honey is an easy way to treat low blood pressure. Take a glass of carrot juice. Mix two tablespoons of honey in it. Drink it twice daily (on an empty stomach in the morning and in the evening). 10. Lemon juice- lemon juice is highly effective in treating high blood pressure, but it can also be used for low blood pressure, especially when it is caused by dehydration. In such cases, you can drink some lemon juice mixed with a little salt and sugar. It helps energize your body by stimulating the liver function and aiding in digestion. A glass of sugarcane juice mixed with a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt is also useful.

Health Impacts of watching TV and using Laptop

We've probably heard about it, read it and even watched it a few times - devices like TV and laptop take a toll on our health. But are the studies backed with statistics applicable to us? What duration crosses the limit between acceptable and dangerous. Given that both these devices are entwined in our lives not only to entertain, but also make our lives easy, how much can you really avoid them? The reality is that you can't. So here is a quick look at what impacts you the most and how you can manage it best.

1. Increased eye irritability: We are quite used to multi-screen viewing these days. We work on our laptops or iPads while we watch TV at home. While this may seem like a skilled process in multi-brain functionality, but it is subjecting our eyes continuously to artificial light, making us blink less often. Often extending to over 12 hours a day, a mix or laptop and TV viewing can cause dry eyes, irritability, and reduced vision problems.

2. Increased obesity: Having access to everything from groceries to jewelry online makes it unnecessary to move out of the house on a Sunday. This is a boon and a bane in its own right. Easy access means spending lesser time standing in supermarket queues but more time in front of the TV. This can lead to lethargy and obesity. This risk is very real in children and we are battling with an entire generation on the brink of obesity and related problems. Did you know that childhood obesity risk increases by 60% when kids watch one hour of TV! Don't even try the math for a year's worth of television!

3. Increased affinity for junk food: TV has more side effects than you think. It automatically makes us reach out for the most harmful foods that taste great but hardly have any nutritional value. From chips to pizzas to burgers to quick fix noodles some with extra cheese others with a copious quantity of salts slowly add harmful toxins to the body. The worst part is that we are so lost in our work or TV that we don't realize the quantity we are chewing down.

4. It affects your sleep cycle: Having these handy late in the night also confuses our body with artificial light, throwing our sleep cycle off balance.

5. The one-off cases are real for some people: We often hear horror stories about some 12 years old whose thighs burned up because of excessive laptop use. There are other stories about a man who came home after a workout and accidently touched his laptop's power cord to be electrocuted. There are other stories linking these gadgets to cancer risks. These stories may be played up by the media for viral effect but the fact remains that you never know when you can be that 'somebody'.

Do regular exercises or join a gym and run and walk daily 15 minutes. Also nothing is effective with out exercise (not diet nor medicine)

Before you decide to take a decision about health always use logic, and if possible take a doctors opinion. The best and natural way is to let your body gain weight naturally. Do not force it as it can harm your body in the long run. Follow natural ways like - exercising every day for 1 hour. Learn yoga and pranayama as it can act as a catalyst to transform your body naturally. Eat healthy food and not junk food. Sleep on time everyday (6-8 hrs everyday). Avoid all bad habits. Go for a routine checkup with a doctor and do some tests to determine the inner body health. Include lots of fruits and vegetables everyday as it will nourish the body. You should look healthy with a well-toned body and not over-weight.

M suffering from stomach related problem since February this year. M not able to digest my lunch time food properly and I have to rush to the bathroom to poop for the second time in a day. This is happening daily. I have taken antibiotics which helped me to get relief but that was short lived. The problem came back after 4 to 5 days when I had to remain empty stomach for 2 hours. Moreover ; stress seems to worsen the situation. Please help me.

They also help your brain produce chemicals associated with calmness. Fruits and vegetables They help your body protect itself from disease and infections. Incorporating fruits and vegetables into starch-based meals for improved blood sugar management and mood balance. Rather than eat cereals alone, eat with cooked vegetables. Homoeopathic medicine folliclean (wellman) it contain 2 bottles. Internal and external internal folliclean drops. Drink 15 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily external folliclean drops. Apply 15-20 drops in any oil preferably hair growth oil (wilmar schwabe india) on roots of hairs with your fingers. No brisssssk massaging required. Leave overnight nd wash next day with montana shampoo (sbl) hair serum (wolfe dieteri) apply on hairs 2 hours before bath twice weekly.

According to ayurveda, hair fall is due to increase pita (hit) in the body. You must increase his digestive power as well as stress management. Anger management is also necessary. Few tips for hair problems:- - regular walking for half an hour - take green vegetables - take a glass of milk two times a day - regular exercise - stress management - take enough sleep - anger management.
