Wt r the food diet for diabetic. At menu should we consume daily in n.far meals n dinner.
A diabetic should follow this health plan: 1. Exercise daily (preferable brisk walk/yoga) for 1 hr. Have a whole fruit (guava/apple/papaya) & herbal tea- 1 cup before exercise. 2. Replace simple carbs-sugar, honey, jaggery, sabudana, refined grains (maida, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs- whole fruits esp with peel, vegetables & salads, whole legumes (sprouts, soyabean, rajma), whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, jowar, bajra, medua, oats, brown rice, atta bread). 3. Avoid junk/ processed/ ready to eat/ fried/sugary/ street foods, soft & hard drinks, energy drinks 4. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals 5. Avoid skipping meals 6. Have low fat (double toned) dairy products (milk/curd/channa). 7. Include methi seeds, chia seeds, karela, bhindi, aloe vera, dalchini daily. 8. Walk/cycle instead of hiring transport & take stairs instead of lift 9. Have balanced diet including all 5 food groups- whole grains, vegetables & salads, whole fruits, whole legumes, lean meat, low fat dairy, nuts & seeds 10. Use less oil for cooking. 11. Half your plate should be vegetables + fruit & salads, 1/4th grains, 1/4th protein (whole legume + lean meat-fish/chicken, low fat dairy) 12. Have less of banana, mango, watermelon, chikoo, litchi, dates, dry fruits. You may have these in combination with other fruits.

For pimples marks:-apply Demelan cream/Photoscreen Depigment cream once weekly at night (very little on marks only) Chemical combination peels to clear face, spots,for glow face, treatment done at skin clinic by dermatologist. One session in three weeks for complete treatment 5-6 sessions are needed.

I am a migraine patient. What are its actual causes? Is it fully curable? What are its remedies?

Causes of migraine is unknown. some believe it to be due to imbalance in a brain hormone called, serotonin. Treatment of migraine 1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.Check your BP 4. avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to noise, bright light since it precipitates migraine attack 5. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis after consulting neurologist

You yourself have given the cause for your problems and that is you don't have anything to do the whole day which is pretty bad at yiur age think if the things yiu can do write them down plan yiur days with lots of activities hobbies of your choice exercises and some productive work gi out for walks read books cook food there are so many things you can do and once you get busy yiu won't have headaches or anger or mood swings etc best of luck.

Please take fluoric acid 30 - twice daily for next 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

1.Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with Karvol plus inhalant capsule. 2.Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily 3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2 times daily after food 4.Drink plenty of water 5. Take rest 6.If no relief, consult doctor for further advice

I am 18 years old teenager having pimples all over my face. Suggest me some medicines and treatment at low cost. Using face wash is harmful for skin.

She should regularly monitor her blood sugar.If there is mild increase it can be controlled by diet restriction,regular walking and weight reduction.If sugar level is very high she needs medication.

If you can't workout, you can at least stretch your body every two hrs or so for five to ten minutes and could have a round of your chamber. But you have to reduce calories intake than you spend roughly. Start hot water drinking and'anti meda'meda' - anti fatty tissue herbal medicine for quick results.

You are required to start taking the tablet at least three days before your period is due and to continue taking it for the duration that you would like to delay your period. Take tablet It is recommended that Norethisterone 5mg tablets should be taken to delay your period for a maximum of 17 days. It is perfectly safe to delay your period for this amount of time. After you stop taking the tablets, your period is likely to start after two or three days, however the time scale may be different for every individual. This dose of Norethisterone is not recommended for prolonged use, as it can cause side-effects and affect your hormone balance.

Dear Ms. lybrate-user, Breaking up from a relationship is always a tough proposition. Its normal to feel some amount of lowness after such stressful life events. Talking to someone close for venting out your feelings an dregular exercise helps in getting over this phase. In case the symptoms last longer and are not reducing even after 2-3 weeks, seeking a psychiatric consultation will be the best way forward. Treatment with medications or counseling or a combination of both will help you het over this phase. I do hope that you are able to fight out and emerge stronger. Best wishes.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Increased frequency of urination, excessive thirst, increased appetite, decrease in weight, weakness delayed healing of wounds are some of the symptoms of diabetes. Half the cases there are no symptoms at all and diabetes is detected accidentally. Getting fasting and 1 1/2 hours after food sugar reports periodically is the simplest method.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea coffee cola in evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.avoid stress. take balanced diet.

Dear lybrate-user if it is natural colour of your skin then accept it. Use dermedew soap for bathing. Apply cosglow cream at night. Don't use any other cosmetics.
