I am having diabetes. So I wanted to know what should my meal contain and how many times a day can I eat what should it include so it don't cause high sugar level?

I am having diabetes. So I wanted to know what should my meal contain and how many times a day can I eat what should ...
In diabetes meal portion size matters. You can eat frequent small meals instead of 1 large meal. A normal person eats around 3-4 times a day. Diabetic person should eat atlest 6-8 times a day but in small portion at a time. Normally high fibre content in diet delay carb absorption and prevent blood sugar peaks. Anything which will take time to digest in stomach is good for diabetes. For example if you are eating an apple then you should eat entire apple and not just inner pulp. The outer cover (chilka) is also important. In normal diet anything which has cover or chilka on it will take time to get digested and prevents sudden blood sugar peaks.

I have been talking to myself a lot nowadays. I can somehow feel this change in my thinking. Since a last few years I've been recreating situations that almost match the real life background and living through them mentally. First I thought it was just my imagination but now it's getting me confused between the incidents that happened in real and in my imagination.I can feel both slowly mixing up because I am forgetting what had actually happened in reality and thinking my perception as what actually happened. I see myself in many worse situations sometime like me dying or hospitalized having some deadly disease and talk to myself creating proper dialogues to all the characters in my perception and soon start believing that perception really did happen.I have sudden head acha or blank mind. Nowadays I cannot concentrate properly. My brain is stuck to the task of figuring out throughout my life what exactly was a perception and what was reality. Please help. A few days back I started talking to my friend about the jokes we cracked in class during boring math lecture n how we had chatted on a sheet of paper like always n I clearly remember the jokes n how we had passed that sheet to another one of our friends n she could not help but laugh n when I started talking about it they said it never happened n the friend I was chatting was apparently absent to school that day.I remember keeping that chat sheet into my math book so on hearing that I checked it to prove them wrong n found absolutely nothing in my math book Last year when I was in 10th grade we had about a week holiday before our farewell party. One day I saw a perception of witnessing the farewell party all the even speeches announcement my batch mates talking everything. For three days I was living with the fact that farewell party was over until my friend came to my house saying if I had chose myself a dress for farewell. Once last year after my board annual exams of 10th grade we have about3 month long vacation. One day during the vacation I suddenly started studying thinking my exams weren't over n I was on my one month study vacation before exams. Its creeping me out.I dont even remember half the things that happened really. When i was talking to my friends a few days back about our manali tour i found out that more than half the things i thought happened there were just a part of my imagination. N then people claim im fake n lie to people where in reality i don't know which is the truth anyway. Please i need help!

Natural Ways to Enhance Your Libido

Low or reduced libido has been a point of concern for many years and if left neglected it can negatively impact your love life. Read on to know how you can boost your libido with these ornamental tips.

  1. Have a positive mental attitude and keep your stress level low: If you feel good and self confident you may feel more sexual and attractive to your partner.
  2. Consider, but do not overly rely on supplements that claim to increase your libido. Take a bite out of a forbidden fruit: Figs, bananas and avocados, for example, are considered libido-boosting foods, known as aphrodisiacs. And they are provide certain vitamins smooths the blood flow..
  3. Be a poser: Yoga does more than just get you limber, it may boost your libido, too. Yoga may also improve your orgasms by increasing blood flow down there.
  4. Indulge in all things chocolate: Throughout history, chocolate has been a symbol of desire. Not just because of its delicious taste, but because of its power to improve sexual pleasure.
  5. Find out which scenarios spark magic for you and your partner: You do not need to recreate every detail from those scenes. With a little imagination, improvisational role-playing, you can incorporate one or two key elements from the scene, such as a costume or a prop - and create a scenario that is likely to liven the mood.
  6. Take your daily herbs: Ginkgo biloba, an extract derived from the leaf of the Chinese ginkgo tree, is another herb found to treat antidepressant-induced sexual dysfunction.
  7. Seek the help of a sex therapist, if necessary: If you are experiencing sexual problems that prevent you from desiring, initiating, or enjoying sex, consider whether these issues may be psychological in origin.
  8. Be patient: If you have a partner who is being treated for lost interest in and enjoyment in sex, or for issues relating to sexual performance, be patient and realize that treatment can take several months or more to be effective.
  9. Take a whiff: Whiffing can also work for you. But the scent of your man postworkout might do just that. Sniffing his sweat can increase your level of the stress hormone cortisol, which may boost arousal. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

For people with severe acne oral retinoids helps control sebum production and pimples. You may need actibiotics to control active acne like oral doxycycline and local clindamycin creams. Once the acne is under control then you can start treatment for pimple marks which may be pigmentation or scars. There are various treatments for acne scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill laser etc. Creams work only for superficial pigmentation not for scars. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen (SPF 35 and above) three times a day. Laser toning using Q switch Nd Yag laser is an option but results variable. You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. It need examination and personalised plan. You can consult in private with photographs.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. One thing which I have observed is low levels of calcium in females which can cause hair fall, Drink milk twice a day, eat almonds, cashews, til (in winters) for stopping hair fall.

Tomato Ketchup - Is It Good Or Bad For You?

Tomato Ketchup - Is It Good Or Bad For You?

Be it french fries, burgers, hash browns or simple omelet, the taste of ketchup can complement everything. This popular and inexpensive red colored condiment is regarded as healthy by some even though that does not indicate you can consume copious amount of it.

Is ketchup good for health?
Ketchup is a low-calorie condiment made from simple ingredients like spices, salt, pepper, vinegar and tomatoes. Compared to other notable rivals like mayonnaise, ketchup contains no fat and has lesser calories. But for some people, the sugar and salt content of ketchup is a matter of concern. Moreover, it tends to contain natural flavoring, tomato concentrate and most importantly, high fructose corn syrup which may not be desirable. So, the key here is not to abandon ketchup on the whole but to reduce the consumption.

Ketchup and its list of benefits:
The lycopene content of the tomato, which is the prime ingredient of ketchup, cuts down the risk of cancer in bladder, lungs, stomach, and cervix by several degrees. So, eating about two or more servings of tomato ketchup in a week can do you more good than harm. Lycopene, an important antioxidant can shield the body from free radical damage.

Moreover, ketchup is a low-fat condiment that can make bland foods taste great. It has low carbohydrate content, good levels of vitamins and is thought to help fertility in men. But there is a trick to this, most of us use commercially produced ketchup which is easily available in the market.

Is it really good for you?
When you use commercially prepared ketchup on the food, you could be consuming high fructose corn syrup or HFCS since this is what glugs out of the jar. In most cases, you will find that the ketchup contains overcooked tomatoes, a huge amount of sugar which is genetically engineered corn syrup and of course, water. Some brands may also use natural flavoring which is nothing but flavor-boosting chemicals.

Just a teaspoonful of ketchup contains about 4 grams of sugar and needless to say, some people take more than one teaspoon at a time which builds up the daily sugar load. HFCS is added to almost all preserved foods along with a lot of flavor enhancers, and together they don’t take much time to overload you with the maximum daily fructose limit.

Ketchup can be an excellent addition to your main diet when taken in moderation, of course. But with regular consumption, you are sure to head towards a host of unwanted diseases and complications. If you are not able to trust any of the easily available brands, you may consider making your own tomato ketchup and savor the taste. Consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
