Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

It is recommended to lose weight following a disciplined diet & healthy lifestyle. At the age of 41 years it is possible to reduce weight by adopting a healthy diet & healthy lifestyle. Obesity surgery has lot of after effects. You are about 35-40 kg over weight. It is possible to reduce 1-1.2 kg weight per week. I can help you. Hello Lybrate User, Hairfall - Normally every person loses about 90 - 100 strands of hair every day and they are replaced by new hair. Causes of Hair Fall - Hormonal changes i.e. Hypo and hyperthyroidism, ovarian cyst, etc. Physical and mental stress and unhealthy lifestyle. Unhealthy food and unbalanced diet ,i.e. Junk food, oily food. Vitamins, minerals deficiency and due to some medications. After pregnancy and menopause. Hereditary factors - premature baldness is the hereditary disorders. Fungal, bacterial and viral scalp infections can weaken the hair roots and damages the hair follicles causes hair fall. Hair loss due to chemotherapy is the worst side effect of chemo treatments. Here are tips, which will help you to stop and prevent hair fall- Drink plenty of water and take healthy and strong diet containing vegetables, fruits, whole cereals which is rich in iron, protein, calcium, vitamins and healthy oils. Wash your hair with apple cider vinegar, salt. Onions - Mix grinded onion + castor oil. Rub mixture in scalp and leave it on for 2-3 hours and wash with mild shampoo will encourages growth of healthy and strong hair. Apply this mixture once a week. Maintain a high hygiene standard on your hair. Keep your scalp clean to avoid any infections. This is a general strain due to excessive walking or standing and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

Lybrate-user, for diabetes mellitus appropriate treatment with drugs, diet control and regular exercise are needed to achieve very good control and prevent or delay possible long term complications of the disease. But to help I need to know following details: fasting, pp glucose levels, hba1c%, present treatment with dosage, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It will be better if you come in a private conversation with all the details then I can give specific guidance. In this communication we are supposed to give general advise like: avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and all other bakery items. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Use whole grain flour for making chapati and roti. Avoid maida and items made with it. Exercise regularly for at least 1 hour a day and dietary intake should be based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood glucose levels. Thanks.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 3yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Apply cochleriana q, 30 drops in 15 ml of water to your hair at bed time, may or may not wash in the morning does not make a difference take wiesbedon 200 x 5 drops morning once and nat mur 200 x 5 drops morning both alternate days x 4 wks.

Get an ECG (if possible get one when you are experiencing palpitations, Echo done and consult with a cardiologist. For cholesterol and low Hb, Take a detailed diet consult to reduce cholesterol containing and adding Iron rich food in your diet. And if ECG and Echo are normal begin with daily brisk walking and gradually increase the duration of walking to 30-40 mins. Repeat your Lipid profile and HB after 4 weeks of diet and exercise introduction, if still deranged you may need medications.

Try to keep yourself occupied with other physical activities like Cricket etc. You can start concentrating from minimum of 15 to 30 minutes and then take a break and again start studying.
