Dear as far your age takings into consideration. Problem is having since 3 yr. It's chronic diseases. There are many disorders originated from spine just takings casually not a good sign. At least it has to diagnose perfectly not like a back pain only? taking pain killer and doing exercise is not a solutions. May be good for acute stage but in longterm perspective you have to discuss with spine specialist.

Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello Girish, Thanks for showing willingness to regain the fitness as pain in both hips can be quite uncomfortable and as you mention it's affecting your function of standing for more than half an hour. Usually both hips don't hurt together. When they do, commonly it's the lower back the cause. Your symptoms do sound similar to wear & tear changes in lower back. But, I strongly suggest to visit a clinician - Physiotherapist / Orthopedic Consultant for detailed assessment and clear the possibility of any hip pathology. In the meanwhile, you can lean against a wall for support when standing and also you can keep one foot rested on a small step and change to reduce the excess stress on both hips & the lumbar spine for an extent period of time. These tips will just help in controlling the symptoms but not cure it. I hope this is of help in guiding towards your next step to regain your health. Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to have a persistent back pain as a health issue. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Beetroot juice to stop hair fall This is the finest kitchen remedy to stop hair loss and promotes hair regrowth. Beetroot is rich in phosphorous, calcium, protein, potassium, carbohydrates, vitamin B and C. These are very essential nutrients for hair growth. Drink beetroot juice daily or include it in your regular diet for fast and healthy hair growth. Alternatively you can also use beetroot leaves to your scalp and hairs. Boil the beetroot leaves in water and make a paste. Apply this thick paste to scalp and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse off with water. Follow this procedure at least twice in a week for better hair growth and quick results. Coconut milk for hair regrowth Coconut milk consists of fats and proteins. It promotes hair regrowth and controls hair loss. For quick results apply the coconut milk to the scalp and hairs. Grate the coconut and grind it in a mixer. Weight loss is definitely will help you b'coz it weight bearing joint. For acute pain tk physiotherapy treatment and exercises it will help you you can avoid surgery if your knee is not completely damage physio is best option to reduce pain and movement.

Maintain your thyroid by medicine. Due to obesity avoid long standing do hot fermentation and calf stretching exercise keep equal balance on both legs.

After surgery you'll need extensive physiotherapy to get back to normal. After acl sugery it takes few months to get back to the same normal condition as before, so you have to keep patience. You r in bangalore, so go to sparsh hospital at the narayana health campus. If surgery not done yet, consult ortho surgeons there. If surgery is done, you'll need physiotherapy, so go to their physiotherapy department and meet physio

Lybrate-user ji first of all you should chek your bloid sugar to know if you have diabetes. If you have diabetes than you should take treatment for that. And if that is normal you should chek your vit b12 level if that is less than also can have such burning. If it is so you should take treatment to correct it. Hi Pain can be due sudden jerk and spasm. stop gym or activites that makes your symptoms worse till pain subsides. As a first aid take rest and apply hot water foementation. As pain subsides do following streching... 1. Supine hamstring strech. 2. Two knee twist. 3. Bhujangasan. Do not do exercise which aggravates pain. Physiotherapy is usually very helpful in back pain.

I feel tired and weak through out the day. Have pain in both the legs. Follow a good diet, one hour of walking everyday, physical exercise but still do not feel energetic and do not want to do any sort of work. Everytime I want to sit or sleep (drowsiness) a little bit, but when I go to sleep I cant sleep soundly. My bowel movements are good digestion is ok, drinks a lot of water. No fast food, spicy items or indulge in any bad habit (no masturbation), no smoking and alcohol. Have done the blood test everything is normal, Hemoglobin is also normal, Liver and kidney function test are also normal. Have fruits and milk everyday, but still my stamina is very low. Please suggest me what can I do and tell me some medicines which can improve my strength and to feel energetic and cure it completely. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sharing well! dear lybrate-user, its who you are? that lead life! though its unfortunate I won't want to medicate assertive health n progressive fitness so please be with your coach for exercice it can lead your sleep and hunger well, till then ashwagandha tab/powder 1-2gms with milk in morn n eve before bed work for u. Apply coco oil on palm, feet naval n head before bed. Feedback expeted after 8 days. Feel free to contact.

If you do not improve in 2-3 weeks with this conservative management, we will need to evaluate you further in form of dynamic x rays to look for any instability as a cause for pain and some blood investigations to rule out any deficiencies etc. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. My mother is Diabetic.
For frozen shoulder only medicine is exercises; more you move your shoulders less pain will be there. It is very worst disorder; medical science don't know its cause, it recovers itself but when you keep your shoulders moving. Tell your mother do regular shoulder exercises ; move shoulders 5 times in a day with hot fomentation twice (morning and evening) daily for 20 minutes. It soothes her pain and will recover soon.

Dear pt, it seems that you underwent hysterectomy due to some tumours and you too have hair fall problem. You need to take ibt treatment course, and you can continue taking calcium tablet for some days, get checked your blood calcium levels, if its normal, then you can slowly taper the dosage of calcium and you can eventually leave.
