First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief. These are Symptoms of flu : • Fever with shivering • bodyache • dry cough • lack of desire to eat • nausea • feeling of uneasiness or discomfort

Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. Specially strengthening of your core muscles. -a physiotherapist can tell you when and how to do the stretching and strengthening exercises.

Firstly, some blood tests like CBC, RA factor, anti- CCP test( to detect or to confirm is it rheumatoid arthritis), joint aspiration test( if swelling persists) should be done. Along with radiological investigations( x- Ray, MRI)

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Go to physiotherapy clinic learn some knee isometric and isotonic exercise and walking is ok but you should wear the knee cap while walking slowly increase the time of total exercise.

Hi, Symptoms of dengue are high grade fever, headache, bodyache, retro orbital pain, skin rashes, vomitting, abdominal pain, fatigue and restlessness. Avoid mosquito bites by using mosquito curtain, repellents and odomos cream. Avoid stagnated water in and around the house to stop breeding of mosquitoes.
