I am suffering from constipation. Can you please suggest me any way to get rid of this problem. I have been facing this problem for last 2 years. I took a lot ayurvedic and other medicines but not found good results yet. Sometimes due to constipation I also faced problem of piles. Please tell me some kind of treatment.

Basic Life Support (B.L.S), Doctor of Medicine
General Physician,
Constipation can be due to many reasons. From motility of intestines to an obstruction. U need to give more elaborate history to short list probable causes. Anyway Fibre rich diet. early morning defecation; post meals defecation, and regular exercise help in constipation. And piles will not cause constipation but constipation does cause piles.

Today after morning I am not feeling well backpain, headache from back side and my periods gone last week please tell me about it why it is happen?

MS - Orthopaedics, MBBS
Orthopedist, Pune
Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

Hi, we are a couple of 39/35 years. We want to explore anal sex. Looking at the anus and penis size, it can be painful and unsafe. Is there any lubricant, or medication available to help the penetration? Shall a condom be used? What are the precautions one should take for the same from health and hygiene perspective? Appreciate your advice.

MBBS
General Physician,
it is better to avoid anal sex. as it may cause permanent damage to anal sphincter of your partner. which will take prolong time to repair. but if you still want to try it use plenty of lubrication of very good quality to decrease pain and injury as anus don't have natural lubrication there are more chances of injury

hello, I am 30 years old Man, Since I am very sexually active person I am concerned about my PENIS size and health my penis is around 5.5 Inches long when it was full erected but it was tilted upwards I usually massage it through mustard oil and observed that it grows wider Now I wanted to grow my penis 1-2 inches more and more wider please suggest some home remedies regarding that.

MBBS (Gold Medalist, Hons), MS (Obst and Gynae- Gold Medalist), DNB (Obst and Gynae), Fellow- Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (ACOG, USA), FIAOG
Gynaecologist, Kolkata
Penis size is something about which most of the men are obsessed as they don’t have proper idea about the size of their organs. But please remember, size hardly matters unless it is too small to perform intercourse. But when it is really small, application of oil/ drug shown in TV/ newspaper will not help, unless we can actually diagnose the cause of small penis and treat it. So, what you need is a proper check up by doctor to determine the cause of small size and then get it treated.

How to control diabetes, and food one should eat to control it and how to control pains in knee and backbone, eating healthy food is enough or person should take medicine?

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
Nagamaji, Diabetes mellitus is a disease occurring due to deficiency of insulin or resistance to the action of insulin or both. If a person has been diagnosed to have diabetes, then treatment is a must. Only diet control and exercise are not going to be helpful. In fact drug plus diet and exercise are necessary. A person with diabetes should avoid sweets, direct sugar and jaggery, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also avoid red meat and egg yolk. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads, permitted fruits (100 g a day). Always use whole grain flour avoid refined foods. Caloric intake should be based on Ideal Body Weight, sugar levels and extent of daily physical exercise. For preventing back ache there are specific exercises for back muscles including some stretching routines or asanas, which should be practiced. Knee pain if it is due to osteoarthritis better to consult an orthopedician.
