Dear lybrate-user, The symptoms of panic attacks are shortness of breath or hyperventilation, heart palpitations or racing heart, chest pain or discomfort, trembling or shaking, choking feeling, feeling unreal or detached from your surroundings, sweating, feeling dizzy, light-headed, or faint, numbness or tingling sensations, fear of dying, losing control, or going crazy etc. As you can see many of these can also be signs of a heart attack. The next time you feel a panic attack coming look around you and try to identify: - 5 things you can see, -4 things you can feel -3 things you can hear, -2 things you smell, -1 thing you can taste. If your three pregnancy tests are negative, most probably you are not pregnant. To confirm or rule out pregnancy do a serum bhcg test which is confirmatory. Very early pregnancy may not show on ultrasonography.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few things you should keep in mind to achieve best results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is because once you gain muscles it will add to our body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during the day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of fruits you can have as much as you want, however fruits like Mango & Banana should be avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS and RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as much until you feel satisfied. However this day you should not take boiled potatoes, banana and mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups as you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume brown rice but if you do not like the taste then white boiled rice will also do the trick. . I can assure you that even if you follow 75% of the above diet restrictions for 7 days then you are guaranteed to lose atleast 3-5 Kgs.

To be a safe and predictable person for those around you at work and at home, it is essential that you are able to maintain your composure when you feel like your 'buttons' are being pushed. This strength will help you to achieve your goals in business as well as your goals for your personal relationships. 1. Share negative emotions only in person or on the phone. E-mails, answering machine messages, and notes are too impersonal for the delicate nature of negative words. What feels like a bomb on paper may feel like a feather when delivered in person. 2. Pepper your responses with the phrase, "I understand". This phrase will support your goals when the tension is high and you need to find common ground to form compromises or agreements with the other party. 3. Take notice when you feel threatened by what someone is saying to you. Resist the temptation to defend yourself or to "shut down" the other person's communication. It will take this kind of discipline to become an open, trusting communicator. 4. Practice making requests of others when you are angry. It is often much more useful to make a request than to share your anger. For example, if the babysitter is driving you crazy by leaving dirty dishes in the sink, it is better to make a request of them than to let your anger leak out in other ways such as by becoming more distant. 5. Try repeating the exact words that someone is saying to you when they are in a lot of emotional pain or when you disagree with them completely. This mirroring technique can keep both the speaker and the listener 'cantered' in a difficult conversation, especially when the attitude of the person doing the mirroring is to gain understanding of a different point of view. 6. Take responsibility for your feelings to avoid blaming others. Notice when 'blame shifting' begins to leak into your speech. "I feel angry when you are twenty minutes late and you don't call me" is much better than, "You make me so mad by being late." 7. Learn to listen to the two sides of the conflict that you are in as if you were the mediator or the counsellor. If you can listen and respond in this way you will bring peace and solutions to the conflict more quickly. For example, in response to an employee's raise request, you might say, "On the one hand I understand that you really need the raise, and on the other hand I represent the company, whose funds are very scarce at this time. Is there a way that I can work on your compensation package that does not involve cash?" Here, the mediator's point of view can look for the creative compromise that takes into account the limits and the needs of both parties. 8. Take a playful attitude towards developing the skill of emotional self-control in high conflict situations. You could view maintaining self-control in a tense, angry conversation as an athletic feat. You could also view developing this skill as similar to working out at the gym with weights - the more that you use your self-control muscle the bigger it will grow and the easier it will be to remain calm when tension is great. 9. Wait a few days to cool down emotionally when a situation makes you feel wild with intense feelings, such as rage. As time passes, you will be able to be more objective about the issues and to sort out the truth about the situation more clearly. 10. Make a decision to speak with decorum whenever you are angry or frustrated. If you give yourself permission to blow up, people will not feel safe around you. They will feel that you are not predictable and will carry 'shields' when they are near you. The fear and walls of others will not support your goals for success in relationships or at work.

1. The blood purifier

Take two cloves of raw garlic with some warm water everyday, early in the morning and consume a lot of water the entire day. Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss.
