Stress is very common now a day's and it is affecting all age groups - Be it school going children, young adults or working professionals.  No one is immune to stress in the present fast and competitive world.

So, what is stress? Stress is the body's response to any kind of physical or emotional demand or threat. Body releases certain stress hormones under these pressure conditions. On long term basis , stress can lead to many chronic conditions affecting the heart and can cause mental disorders like depression, sleep disorders or affect the social well being also.

Women and Stress:

Women deal with stress differently than men. Women  are generally soft, caring and gentle. They have to manage their personal and professional life and generally get less support at both fronts.They generally spend their life taking care of others and give least attention to their own needs( emotional and physical). As women progress through different life stages her emotional balance also changes affecting her emotionally making her vulnerable to stress and depression.

Ways to handle Stress:

  • Relax - don't take each and every situation seriously , take a deep breath, not all emergencies are a do or die situation.

  • Learn  yoga, meditation or other relaxing techniques. Go for a massage , listen to music or talk to a good friend.

  • Make time for yourself - love yourself and take care or yourself and then you can love and care for others as well. Take out time to do things which you like.

  • Sleeping is a great way to help both your body and mind. Try to get atleast 8 hours of sleep.

  • Get a hobby and immerse yourself in doing something creative and constructive.

  • Do regular exercise- it is the best way to bust stress in a healthy way.

  • Make new friends or travel to new places. Explore the unknown and spend time with people.

  • Focus on one thing at a time.

How to manage stress:

Don't let stress make you sick . Often people are not aware of the stress levels and how they are affecting them. One should pay attention to themselves  and focus on their emotional and physical needs. Take a break, go on holiday, eat what you like, go out with friends and relax. Live life, love yourself, listen to your body.

Side effects of Stress on Women:

  • Menstrual problems: Stress can cause delay in periods or sometimes short cycles.

  • Infertility : Stress can affect the hormonal levels leading to an ovulation and infertility.

  • Hair loss : Many women complain if losing hair and biting their nails in stress.

  • Eating disorders : Either women end up binging on healthy food items or completely refuse to eat anything. In stress the best is to out ant divert your attention to something constructive.

  • Skin ailments: Stress can lead to pimples, break outs and even itching and rashes.

  • Sleep disorders: Trouble  in falling asleep is common in women under stress.

  • Heart disease: High blood pressure., stroke and heart attack are common ailments caused due to stress. This is because women take stress to heart and are more susceptible to go through heart disease due to stressful situations.

  • Depression : Women can go into a shell and suffer from acute depression. If you are getting self loathing or helpless thoughts, reach out to your loved ones and talk. If talking and reaching out also doesn't resolve the situation, consult a specialist. Medical expertise can ensure that stress doesn't affect your health.

  • Weight gain : Women stop going out, start eating unhealthily and restrict their interaction with people in depression and stress. The result is that they start to gain weight. It is best that you keep a check on the scales and opt for a strict diet.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. Premature ejaculation is a condition in which a man meets an orgasm before his partner wishes. Common causes of premature ejaculation are anxiety and too much sexual stimulation. Psychology and guilt factor also play a role in this condition and it usually improves without any medical intervention.Implementing certain techniques can help you rectify this problem without taking any sort of medications. 1.The Stop and Start Method The stop and start method helps you last longer while making love to your partner. This technique is comprised of three phases: First, you need to become excited sexually with the help of a partner or by masturbating. Then, at the point before reaching your climax, you need to stop and hold back. Next, take some deep breaths and relax. Once you are calm and in command of your emotions, repeat the process again. The method involves learning to understand when you are approaching orgasm, and trains your body to control timing to prevent premature ejaculation. During this process, you also naturally learn inhaling and exhaling techniques. 2.Kegel Exercise Kegel exercises aim at strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. To correctly implement the technique, you need to know how to tighten the correct pelvic muscles. One approach of finding the muscle is by sitting on the toilet seat and urinating. Stopping the urine flow leads to the tightening of the pelvic muscles.I recommend a technique to carry out the exercise properly: Start by emptying your bladder completely. Then tighten the pelvic muscles for nearly 10 seconds. Relax the muscles for another 10 seconds. Repeat the exercise three times a day with 10 repetitions each time. 3.The Squeeze Technique Mastering this technique requires a lot of practice and uninterrupted time. During foreplay, have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft. After the squeeze is released, wait 20 to 30 seconds, and then continue with foreplay. Have your partner caress and stroke the entire genital territory. This includes the glans, the shaft, the testicles, the perineum and the rim of the anus. Becoming cognizant how each part works during sexual activity, is the major focus and intent of this approach. Upon reaching the point of orgasm, have your partner squeeze your penis again until the urge to ejaculate is gone. Repeat the exercise three times every week until you notice improvements. • Homoeopathic medicine • VIGOURA 2000 ( REPL) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily • Don’t go by the name of medicine,being purely homoeopathic,no side effects

Hello take alpha ha, 15 drops with water at the gap of 2 hours. Take kali phos 6x, 6 tabs twice daily and take sound sleep of 9 - 10 hours. You will feel better after getting up because you have headache due to lack of sleep.

Normal hemoglobin level for women is 12-14.5 gm/dl. So your hemoglobin level too low. Take iron rich foods like liver, red meat, oyester, shrimp, spinach, almond, lentil, fortified cereal. Take lots of citrus fruits. Take b-complex, folic acid rich foods like green leafy vegetables, sprout, liver, rice, dried beans, grain, peanut, banana, broccoli, fortified cereal. Take beetroot juice, apple. Along with these eat more food more often. Take plenty of protein foods. Use nutritional supplement. Use healthy fat like fish oil, olive oil, canola oil. Drink lots of water. Do regular exercise for better health. Quality sleep.
