Lustrous, beautiful and healthy hair is a result of a healthy body and a healthy diet Foods high in protein are soy, tofu, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts, oilseeds, beans and pulses. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush.  3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair. Follow the diet plan given below as a starting point for healthy and lustrous hair. Breakfast  Skim milk / soy milk Whole grain bread or toast or poha or breakfast cereal or sprout Bowl of fresh fruit Morning snack Fresh vegetable juice like carrot or cucumber juice Handful of nuts like walnuts, soaked almonds, raisins, dates Lunch Fresh veg. Soup or salad  Whole-wheat flour or jowar or bajra chapatti Green veggies  Dals or whole pulses Brown rice Curd / tofu Afternoon snack 1 glass skim milk  Kurmura or roasted channa or popcorn Evening snack Fresh veggies and fruit juice (carrot, apple, lemon, dudhi, palak) Dinner  Fresh veggie soup or salad with sprouts Chapati Vegetable Buttermilk Bedtime snack  Fruit like watermelon or banana  Use natural substitutes like fruits, dates, figs or honey instead of sugar. The best option is to meet an ENTSurgeon equipped with LASERs in your city as LASER assisted Tonsillar Ablation is the best option where about 2 mm thickness of the tonsillar surface is vapourised by the LASER. This will render the Tonsillar Crypt shallow so food cannot be trapped in it causing the tonsillolith. Another benefit is that the foul-smelling bacteria that reside on the surface of the tonsil will also be destroyed during this procedure, so you can also say goodbye to bad breath!

Pcod is a lifestyle disorder, change your lifestyle and eating habits. Reduce your weight, weight reduction corrects hormonal imbalance, this corrects menstrual irregularities. You should do brisk walking for 30 minutes daily and do breathing and stretching exercises. Eat a healthy balanced diet. Restrict fat and carbohydrate intake. Recently there has been a sharp rise in young strokes and young heart attacks. The major causes behind these incidents are undiagnosed hypertension and hypercholestrolemia. Office workers especially it professionals have a sedentary lifestyle and are prone to such problems. What you can do?

Aside from good healthy habits like good diet and exercise, regularly undergo check ups. Check your blood pressure, cholesterol levels and thyroid function at least twice a year. If diagnosed early these disorders can be well controlled so that adverse events like a young heart attack or stroke can be prevented.

Can you suggest some ways to cure acne using home remedies and how to prevent further acne. I have an oily skin.

Can you suggest some ways to cure acne using home remedies and how to prevent further acne. I have an oily skin.
Home remedies for Acne:-** Garlic is an antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic and antioxidant agent that can help in the fast treatment of pimples. The sulfur in garlic also promotes quick healing of pimples.Cut a fresh garlic clove into two pieces. 1. Rub the garlic on the pimples and leave it for five minutes before washing the skin with lukewarm water. 2. Repeat the treatment several times a day. Eating one raw garlic clove daily can also help purify your blood. But do not to eat too much raw garlic as it can upset the stomach. **Tea tree oil is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. Another option is to mix a few drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply it on your pimples and blemishes, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off.
