Mix one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice with one-half teaspoon of distilled water. Apply it on your skin using a cotton ball. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash your face with warm water. Lemon juice can dry out your skin, so apply some oil-free moisturizer afterward. Do this once daily.

Take 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine . Do not eat papaya if you diabetic. go for walk daily in morning.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas your friend can take: 1. Tablet meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly see a physician for further management.

Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation.

You can take 2 tab. Charcoal at night. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml after meal. avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods, take plenty of liquid diets.dalia,green veg.,fiber meals,juice,lassi, if not cure then go for few tests .i.e. stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc, blood sugar,lft,and endoscopy of large intestine. Do yoga/go for walk.

Hi. Take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's alpha-nc and alpha-cf - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use bakson's nasal-aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Now, you have to wait. We need to know the details of usg report. In early pregnancy if heart beat is not there, we can repeat the scan but in relatively advanced cases, we have to accept the reality.

10 best foods for muscle growth :

Almonds:

Turkey:

Turkey breast is absolutely great for bulking up your overall muscle growth. It is high on protein, low fat and slightly higher in cholesterol than most lean meats and fish. One serving of Turkey breast delivers 34 calories, 14% fat, 16% carbs and 70% proteins.

Red meat:

Adding lean cuts of red meat to your diet is an excellent way to help muscle growth. Red meat is also a rich source of dietary iron that helps maximize athletic performance.

Eggs:

1) Not Initiating Sex: It is a myth that women are not interested in sex as much as men. Neither should men have to be the traditional intiators. In fact, because most guys feel that they are always the initiators, it tends to set up disequilibrium on the passion levels in the relationship. Women must show interest by taking the first step every now and then. Your partner will really appreciate it, and it will also be very satisfying for you.

2) Not Guiding Him: It might be awkward for a woman to directly talk about what she wants, but it is the only way to lead your man to understand what works for you. If you let your man know what you like and what you do not, it is easier for him and makes for a good experience for both.

3) Bothering About Your Looks: Accept and appreciate your body. Concerns about how you look, during intercourse stops you from enjoying yourself and ruins your chances of achieving an orgasm. I am 20 yrs old female. I lose control on myself when I get angry. I started throwing things. This is happening with me from last few months. I dont know how can I cope with all.

If this has been happening only in the last few months, then look back and see what event had triggered this much of anger. If not, it is possible that a long pending anger is finally getting out with this degree of violence because it has piled-up so much that it is coming out in bits and pieces. In that case, there may be some unresolved issue in childhood that cumulatively is forcing itself out at this juncture because this is your late adolescence and the feeling cannot be contained any further due to the levels of testosterone. Meet with a counselor and discuss your past to find out the location and genesis of this anger and make some effort to resolve the same with that person. You do need others? help but a professional will be ideal. Your parents may know some things about your early childhood to throw some light. You could take them for the initial session to share their information with the counselor. The counselor will help you with anger management lessons and you will definitely feel better. You may also work out much of the anger with vigorous exercises, meditation and yoga. If it is too much and you are a spiritual person, you could hand over the anger to god and feel completely great. If you find that certain people have been responsible for this anger in you, you must learnt to forgive them for your own sake. You may not forget (because that takes a long time) but with forgiveness you could move on with your life and live peacefully. Currently your acting anger out in this manner will get you into trouble with all and sundry and you will lose friends and companions. You will become a loner too, and may at some point become depressed. Your youth is in your favor and if you are cooperative, this can be done and dusted soon.

I get pain in my joints of arms and shoulders. Everytime when I do some work it pains me badly especially when I go somewhere by scooter, I can't handle it properly. I used most of the pain killer pastes and creams but still it's not recovering. I think that I don't have sufficient calcium in my body as my bones are weak which makes my body to pain when doing work. I don't know exactly what should I do.

Apply hot water or ice fermentation in neck and shoulders region 4 to 5 times daily. Avoid pillow while lying. Reduce stress level, Do the breathing exercises. Avoid apply ointment. If it's not reduced consult physiotherapist.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8.
