Are you constipated. Meanwhile follow this 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Acidic foods, like tomatoes and citrus, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 11. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. This is for long term results But for now to bring your digestive system back on track you need to take medicines. Hello, Jab pancreas insulin banana band kerdeta hai, tab baahar (outside) se insulin lena hota hai. Insulin safe hai. Usually, food se 1/2 hr pehley insulin lena hota hai. Tk, care.

Homoeopathic medicine---------------------------------- merc sol 30 (sbl) drink 1 drop direct on tongue every week at night ----------------------------- acid sulph 30 (sbl) drink 2 drops in 1spoon fressh water 3 times daily for 2 months----------------------------------- eat a diet rich in iron and vitamin-c and vitamin -b 12 and for this adopt following diet in your life style------------------------ sources of vitamin b12: 1. Vegetables: none. 2. Fruits: none. 3. Food: eggs, brown rice, fish, yogurt (dahi), milk and milk products like cheese, cow and soy milk.------------------------ sources of vitamin c: 1. Vegetables: broccoli (hari phoolgobhi), cucumber, tomato, spinach (palak), lemon (nimbu), onion (pyaaz), peas (matar), green vegetables. 2. Fruits: orange (santra), pineapple, guava, mango, apple, grapes, banana, kiwi, lychee, papaya (papita), peach (adau), pear, plum (aloo bukhara), strawberry, lime juice.------------------------------ sources of iron: 1. No need to worry. Focus on your exams. After exams you can get back to the gym. Nothing will happen to body if you leave gym for a few weeks.

Hello john pimples are just small things and can easily be treated, such things shouldn't make much difference in social life keep rinsing your face with water at least 3-4 times a day, drink plenty of fluids, a lotion can be suggested knowing your skin type etc etc weight gain- increase intake of protein, indulge in any kind of activities like strength training, jogging etc I could help you better with diet plan and skin concern if you would contact me through private text were I can suggest you certain things to solve the issues.
