Sleep disturbance are mainly due to diet modifications and as a result of occupational hazard. Do not go for chemical sedatives or anti-depressant medicines. Try this ayurvedic treatment a) avoid spicy and salty diet intake and add sweet intake (sugar products) in your diet b) use nili bhringadi hair oil for head massage and cows ghee for foot sole massage in the night before going to bed c) use pure almond oil as 1 nasal drop twice a day d) use jatamansi powder and make its fant (cold decoction) and take that before going to bed e) you can also use tab manasmitra vatakam 1 tab twice a day with the upper treatment for quick result.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hello- All the problems are due to acidic vaginal discharge. Intake of spicy diet, sleeping late at night, consumption of alcohol, excess of dry fruits or green leafy vegetables turn the Ph of body fluid into acidic and when this fluid comes in contact with sensitive inner skin it causes irritation, this is why your husband is also facing irritation after sex. It can be cured by avoiding the causative factor and consumption of ayurvedic medications.

If you want to quit smoking then take the below treatment:- .Daphne indica 1x, 2 tabs twice daily. For gastric trouble take Gastrobin , 15 drops with water twice daily after meals. For weight loss take Phytollacca berry tabs, 3 tabs twice daily with warm water before meals.

5 foods that fight water retention

Fluid or water retention is a health condition in which there is an excessive buildup of fluids in the body and as a result, the feet swell up the first. While there are medicines which help combat this situation, there also exist foods which act against this situation, hence, should be consumed regularly. Salt should be avoided if you are experiencing water retention.

1. Melons: fruits which have a high content of potassium are good for reducing water retention. It is a good idea to start the day with fruits like melons and citrus fruits.

2. Nuts: nuts have vitamin b6 which works against the bloated feeling one gets when there is water retention.

3. Water: odd it may sound but when your body is dehydrated and in needs water, you can face water retention. In such cases, drink ample water for the swelling to subside. Make sure you drink at least eight glasses of water and enough before going to sleep. If drinking plain water is a pain, then add slices of lemon, mint leaves and grated ginger in the water.

4. Salmon: it is one super food which is loaded with omega-3s that is good for our health and act against water retention. You can also have flax, herring, mackerel, and tuna.

5. Green leafy vegetables: blot fighting goods like watercress, celery, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and peppers should be included in daily diet. It is always a good idea to have a salad during meals.

In case water retention is of long duration, must consult a doctor to rule out any medical problem leading to excessive water retention.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally.

Mr. Lybrate-user, with fbs 276 mg & pp 426 mg/100 ml, you have very severe uncontrolled diabetes. You need to start immediate treatment with appropriate anti-diabetes drugs. There is no option. Otherwise you are liable to get any one of the severe long term complications of diabetes. It is also necessary for you get your eyes checked to see if there is any affection to your retina. Your bmi is 28 kgs /m2 (normal <23 kgs/m2), showing over weight. Your ideal body weight should be 70 kgs. Hence your diet should be such tahe provides calories based on ideal body weight, daily exercise and blood glucose levels. When diabetes is in check fbs should be nearer 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg/100 ml & hba1c%<6.8. Otherwise there can be serious consequences. The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Your blood sugar have to be maintained roughy fasting around 70to 80 at the best 90 mgm/d! and pp around 140mgm/dl and maintain your at according to your height and weight. Have a balanced diet go for morning walk regularly followed by free hand exercise. And your fever may not be related to your rise of sugar level. It may be due to some viral infection have lot of vitamin c which helps your as autoimmune system to prevent infection.

हार्ट अटैक से कैसे बचे?
यदि हम कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर 130 मिलिग्राम/डीएल से कम और ट्रायग्लिसराइड्स का स्तर 100 मिलिग्राम/डीएल से नीचे बनाए रखते हैं तो हार्ट अटैक की आशंका नहीं रहती।
क्या करना चाहिए जब दिल संबंधी रोग का पता हार्ट अटैक के बाद चले?
हार्ट अटैक की पहले से पहचान करना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है जिससे हार्ट की मांसपेशियों को बचाया जा सके। अधिकतर मामलों में रोगी को छाती में तेज दर्द या सांस फूलने की समस्या होती है। रोगी को तुरंत ही अस्पताल ले जाएं और डॉक्टरों को जितना शीघ्र हो सके ब्लॉकेज को कम करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।

बिना तेल के खाना पकाने की अवधारणा क्या है?
ट्रायग्लिसराइड का दूसरा नाम तेल है जो धमनियों में अवरोध उत्पन्न करता है। तेल का कोई स्वाद नहीं होता लेकिन भोजन पकाने के लिए उसमें तेल मिलाया जाता है। वसा की हमारी आधारभूत आवश्यकताओं के लिए प्रकृति ने सभी खाद्य पदार्थ जैसे चावल, गेहूं, दालें, फल व सब्जियों को वसा यानी ट्रायग्लिसराइड से भरपूर बनाया है।

दिल संबंधी रोग मेे सूखे मेवे खाने चाहिए?
सूखे मेवे जैसे बादाम, अखरोट, काजू और पिस्ता में 50 फीसदी से अधिक तेल होता है। नारियल और मूंगफली में 40% से अधिक तेल या ट्रायग्लिसराइड होता है। कई दिल संबंधी रोग विशेषज्ञ मरीजों को गलत सलाह देते हैं कि इनमें वसा नहीं होती है। कुछ इन्हें खाने की अनुमति यह कहकर देते हैं कि यह शरीर में बुरे कोलेस्ट्रॉल का स्तर बढ़ाते हैं या इनमें ओमेगा-3 ऑयल होता है लेकिन वे यह नहीं बताते कि सूखे मेवों में 40-64 फीसदी तक ट्रायग्लिसराइड भी होता है जिससे रक्त में इस तत्व का स्तर बढ़ जाता है। इसलिए दिल के रोगियों के लिए सभी सूखे मेवे प्रतिबंधित हैं। किशमिश, मुनक्का, खजूर और खुमानी में लगभग तेल की मात्रा शून्य होती है। दिल संबंधी रोगी इनका प्रयोग कर सकते हैं बशर्ते उन्हें डायबिटीज न हो।

Try to spend less time focusing on your own physical symptoms in social situations. Remember anxiety is much less visible than you imagine. Even if you are visibly anxious, it does not necessarily mean that you will be thought badly of. Anxiety is something we all experience and it does not make you unusual. Just because you feel anxious, it does not mean that you are performing poorly. Remember - you are not the central focus of everyone's attention. There are plenty of other things for people to think and talk about. Really try to concentrate on the conversation you are involved in. Don't think about how you appear or how well you are performing. Don't replay parts of the conversation in your mind, instead just focus on what is being said in the present moment. We do not need to perform perfectly or brilliantly in every social interaction we have, no-one can achieve such high standards. Don't worry too much if there are silences. Everyone has a responsibility to keep conversations going. Besides, silences are ok and do not always need filled. Just be yourself - don't 'put on a front.' Why bother when it is impossible for everyone to like us anyway. You need cognitive behavioral therapy. Also, start deep breathing exercise/ yoga/ meditation.
