good morning these type of pain occurs in two conditions either you had an old injury are you are not doing proper warm up before playing please specify the grade of pain please do proper stretching exercises before playing start taking Tablet Tendocare 3 times a day for 6 weeks thank you

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

hello . u do some precautions as u can't sit on floor,use Western toilet, For pain relief u take hot water Fermentation on both knee for 15 minutes. Now u do exercises. 1. Bend ur knee with heel slide as possible without pain then hold for second then straight it. do 10 times with both knee. 2 . Take a towel roll and place under knee and press it downward hold for 5 second and relax it. do 10 time with both knee.

I am having pain in right leg and l4 and l5 problem However I got my reports it says sterilization of l5 with hypoplastic l5-s1 Interverbal disc And L4 l5 level causing compression of thecal sac, bilateral literal canal narrowing nd compression bilateral exiting nerve roots. I had done treatment of my headache and it cures too. But now my exams are coming soon and I am reading for 7 to 8 hours a day. Problem is that there is sudden pain in my head whenever I looked down in book. Pain goes away when my neck is in neutral position but sudden headache when I flexed or extend my neck. Dear Lybrate user, Welcome to Lybrate. Could be due to stress. Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. A stressful event can trigger the “fight-or-flight” response, causing hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol to surge through the body. A little bit of stress, known as “acute stress,” can be exciting—it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can have detrimental effects on health. You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them. Physical exercise, creative activities, deep breathing, being away from the situation for sometime etc can help you tackle the stress. I need to know, what are the causes with which you are stressed? Once you know the reason, you will be able to adjust with it with some psycho therapy methods. Please let me know the details. Take care.

Those who suffer frequently from acidity problems may refer to having an “acid stomach.” Eating spicy foods, lack of exercise, irregular eating habits, stress, or drinking alcohol frequently can lead to acidity problems. Drink a glass of lukewarm water every day before going to sleep and immediately after waking up in the morning. Do not drink water during or immediately after a meal though, as it can lead to improper digestion that can contribute to acidity.

3 months back I got fracture in my anchor. Now I feel in my foot. What should I do?

Hi lybrate-user, your fracture must have been healed you can start contrast bath (hot water and cold water) by immersing your leg in a tub you will be relieved from your pain later you can do strengthening exercises for your ankle and foot. Wish you speedy recovery.
