Low salt diet. Salt less than 2g/ day. Take plenty of vegetables and fruits. Exercise. Lipids test. If high take statins. Avoid junk foods. Take b. P control drugs after seeing your doctor.

For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

check your BP, Check your eye sight. take crocin pain relief if headache is more and unbearable. take rest and good sleep. avoid anxiety and stress. consult if not ok.

- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums. - eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque. - try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a" water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line. - you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser.

It may not be directly related to extreme dryness of the skin but your lifestyle (especially eating habits and exposure to extremes of temperature) can trigger or aggravate the condition. Hello it appears the insulin dose is not enough. Plus you have to check hba1c and lipid profile as well as creatinine. Then increase insulin dosage every 2 days by 2 units. Simultaneously observe sugar levels regularly. This will also help you to have better control. Also exercise regularly 1 hr a day.

If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 4) avoid late night sleeping habits … 5) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals. B) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. THANKS…. AVOID USE OF ANY HAIR OIL OR SOAP…for 30 days…THANKS.

1. You have to confine yourself in a separate room since it is infectious 2. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required, after food up to a maximum of three tablets a day if you have fever 3. Take one tablet of levocetrizine at bed time and apply calamine/dermocalm lotion if there is itching 4. If there are secondary infection like cough etc, you have to take antibiotic after consulting doctor 5. Take home made, light food lke chapati, dalia, fruits, drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy/oily/fried food 6. Take rest 7. Chicken pox takes about 2 weeks time to completely heal up. It is contagious till scab falls

Anticipation of stress and preparing oneself for anticipated stressful life events prevents anxiety and stress related disorders.
For example: like one prepares for mock tests well ahead in time before the main exam or even spot exams, in a similar way anticipate life stressors. For example, if one is 30yrs old - mid career, anticipate financial stress and plan for it. Anticipate BP or Diabetes in Mid Forties and start changing lifestyle now. Anticipate heart disease and operation in Mid- fifties, anticipate illhealth of other family members, anticipate financial stress about children's education, children leaving home in your sixties, anticipate mobility problems in late 60's and 70's.
Anticipate and prepare for health insurance etc.
Despite all this planning expect any sudden life events. Taking time for yourself - building your skills, exercising, enjoyable hobbies, playing a small role in society and leading a balanced simple life can alleviate lots of stress related illness and anxiety disorders and of course LESS MEDICAL BILLS.

Because of over exposure to sunlight since childhood I have darken my skin a lot. Now I am of medium brown skin. Can you suggest a soap, lotion, or pill to lighten the whole body. I have heard about glutathione and vitamin c pill, that it can lighten the skin. Will it work? And how many shades lighter can it make?

Most of these creams and lotions are not effective as such there is no medication to change your natural skin tone you stop your exposure to sunlight and take good nutrious healthy diet and keep your skin clean dry and sufficiently moist to get its natural Colour back

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Dear lybrate-user, try this method many people are success first and most sleep early wake up early at 4.0 am and study with fresh mind, of course subjects which you are not interested you must spend more time and repeat it many times" practice makes perfect" not only. Switch off mobile phone when you go to bed and switch it on at 6 am.
