Ideally Your weight should be around 63 so+ -- 2,3 is ok .more important is that your body's energy level should be maintained .follow some suggestions you will be able to loose your weight and you will feel energetic do yoga as you are doing, take some light breakfast but energetic such as daliya, cornflakes, don't skip lunch or dinner include more salad and fibre containing food ,eat seasonal fruits as much as possible eat less sweets as it increases weight. Prefer to eat fruits instead of juice.

Hello, you can lose weight with our daily customized diet charts based on your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history. Few general tips for weight loss are: Have a high protein, high fibre diet which is low in fat and carbohydrates. Never skip meals. Have 5-6 small and frequent meals in a day instead of 3 heavy main meals. Have a healthy breakfast with oats/wheat flakes with milk, fruit, egg, sandwich. Have light and early dinners. I have cold for last 15 days I have take all basic medicines but its all failed I get the pain in my nose when I smell perfume and when environment very hot and very cold please tell me what should I do.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 2yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the best!

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) - Know How It Can Be Treated With Ayurveda!

A surprising large number of people suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a condition characterized by a combination of stomach pain, abdominal discomfort and abnormal bowel movement such as diarrhea or constipation. This condition is not life threatening, but can make you very uncomfortable and increase your risk of suffering from other colon problems. Ayurveda can be very effective in treating irritable bowel syndrome. Here are a few tips.

A healthy diet
Diet is one of the most important facets of Ayurveda. To prevent bowel difficulties eat plenty of fiber and easy to digest foods. Cumin seeds, pomegranate and buttermilk can also aid digestion and prevent this condition. Drinking warm water can also aid digestion. On the other hand, curd, junk food, acidic beverages and food that causes bloating and excessive gas production such as potatoes, cabbage and cauliflower should be reduced or removed from your daily diet.

Yoga asanas
Yoga works on the physical and psychological levels of a person. It also massages and strengthens a number of different organs. Stress is one of the biggest causes of irritable bowel syndrome. Yoga can help combat stress and alleviates anxiety and aids relaxation. A few basic yoga asanas that can help ease pain and treat this condition are:

  1. Marjariasana
  2. Pavanamuktasana
  3. Downward facing dog
  4. Ardhamatsyendrasena
  5. Bhujangasana
  6. Dhanurasana

Panchakarma
This is an Ayurvedic cleansing process that enhances the metabolic process and eliminates toxins from the body. Panchakarma literally means 5 techniques or forms of treatment. This includes vamana, virechana, basti, nasya and raktamokshana. These processes make the mind and body more receptive to food and medicines that treat irritable bowel syndrome.

  1. Probiotics: Probiotics supplement your natural gut bacteria and help break down complex foods. It can also help alleviate bloating, abdominal pain and regularize bowel movements. Probiotics can be found in oatmeal, whole grains and a number of fruits and vegetables like asparagus, onions and bananas.
  2. Herbs: Ayurveda also utilizes the properties of herbs to treat health conditions. Half a spoon of turmeric taken twice a day can help reduce intestinal inflammation and reduce bloating and abdominal pain. Drinking a concoction made by steeping spoonful of dried mint leaves or coriander seeds in hot water for ten minutes can also help deal with this condition. Equal quantities of powdered dry ginger, pepper and pippali can help regulate digestion.

First go natural drink 8-10 glass of water per day and apply coconut oil at night on dry surface then see if still problem persist then go for treatment for treatment you can consult me or some other.

Penis size of 5 inch is absolutely normal and good enough to satisfy women. It is a myth which people believes that more the size more will be satisfaction. Women satisfaction will depend on foreplay + clitorial stimulation + oral sex and last is penetrative sex. So don't worry about size. Most of the products which are available for increasing size are fake so don't fall a pray to that. Eat healthy, exercise, proper sleep and healthy sex and masturbation are good enough. You can use few oil available just to improve erection, and automatically size.

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day Get check eyes for refractive error complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis It may be due to stress This problem can be solved by Meditation you can go for regular Physical exercise consult privately for further management
