Hello. I am 55 Years, Male. Suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis for last 20 years. Already right TKR is done in 2006. Now suffering for left knee. I am consuming Medicines regularly like Caltin D (500), Cyra (20), Omegacheck, HCQS (300), Naprocine or nimesulide or Diclofenac etc. Now a days I am feeling very exhausted in full day. Not feeling fresh at all. Also energy level has gone very low. Even sex power is being reduced. I can not play good in bed. Pl. Suggest if any herbal, food supplement or medicine to enhance my total energy. Is there any instant medicine / pills for increasing sex power.

Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Seems like I am suffering from insomnia for last 1 year and got problem in my college work. Pliz help me out.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

Knee arthritis with age is mostly due to wear and tear known as osteoarthritis. There could be many other arthritis which affects knees , but OA is most common with age. You need replacement only if the knee becomes severely damaged. Operation not advisable usually before 60. If you keep weight control and exercise regularly you can galt progression. Many times progression is not in hands and it will get mote worn out with age and one might knee replacement. Some say glycosaminoglycans works fir oa , but frankly evidence miniscule. (Glucosamine) Also make sure that you don't have other arthritis type which can be probably treated medically

I'm 27 years old and I injured myself 7 years back in a football game. Now I have chronic ACL tear in both my knees, sometimes my knee slips but I reposition it myself. Now my Mir report confirms I have early osteoarthritis. Is there Any permanent solution for this? If yes, then will I be able to continue my game after treatment?

Chronic acl tear is the reason for instability of knee and so early oa. At this age its not all good, for your sports life. You should get your acl repaired asap. Take univestin to slow process of oa.

Your weight is bit on higher side. Please reduce your by 10 kg slowly. Knees are weight bearing joints. And foot ball is a sport which makes you prone for sport related injuries.

This query is for my wife who is 55 years old, weighting 77 kg and having height of 5.5 feet. She has problem with her knees. We are residing at 3rd floor and it becomes very difficult for her to ascend or descend stairs. Even otherwise if she stands for some time, her legs becomes stiff and starts swelling. She can;t even fold her legs and there is pain while walking. Her sugar level, BP, Cholesterol level, uric acid, RH factor are OK. She is taking Calcium (Cadila Pouch) and B complex daily. Please advise.

Arthritis is swelling of joints with pain, stiffness. There are some methods you can apply: • Do exercise such as walking that strength your muscles and move your joint. From movement of joint you got relief from pain and stiffness. •Gentle massage your joints with lukewarm oil. You can use medicated oil. You can apply ice packs and heat with warm water bottle on your painful area. • If you are obese then lose some weight. Heavy weight make strain on your joint and causes pain. • Take healthy diet avoid junk foods. Take diet rich in calcium such as milk, cheese. Do not take stress. • you can take physiotherapy advice. • Stretch your body lightly in the morning when get out from the bed. • Eat healthy diet green leafy vegetables and fruits. * Take one teaspoon of haldi with milk it will reduce your swelling.

just have Wheat grass powder 1 spoon mix in 200 ml in morning empty stomach at 7 am. take your breakfast at 8 am. the area which pains stimulate that particular area with your thumb gently.
