I am 32 years old, I had an iui on August 14 ,2017 and I conceived but it came out an ovarian ectopic pregnancy, it has self resolved by monitoring hcg levels time to time with no medicines and injections and after 3 menstrual cycle passed my gynae has given me some tabs for infection and uterus blood circulation i.e.- doc -dr for 10 days, raciper for 10, mcbm 69 for month, ecosprin for month and duphaston for 10 days. Now in new cycle she said to try naturally and given stimulet 2 tabs for 5 days and ecosprin, mcbm 69 for month and duphaston from day 16 for 10 days, and said we will go for iui next month. So is it a good time to try for baby or I should wait for more time because of ectopic pregnancy and whether the treatment is going in a right direction. Please suggest

I got my periods on 23rd june and they ended around 27th of june. I had protected sex with my partner on 2 nd july and protected sex again around 12th or 13th of July. I got my periods today that is 19 th of July but the bleeding is too less and it is dark red in colour which it is same usually but my bleeding is very very less this time. My periods are very irregular as I am obese. This month I got my periods without taking medication as I lost some weight. I am very worried as the blood flow is very less. Could this be a sign of pregnancy. Because I'm very scared. We used protection for sure but I am afraid what if this bleeding is related to pregnancy? Please help me.
Is it harmless to delay periods for 15 days using medicine. If yes then which medicine should I take.

What is Obesity and how to confirm that?
The most often asked questions in this context are- what is a normal acceptable weight, when does one get labelled as overweight and what is the definition of obesity? Another important question we often get asked is- what’s the difference between being overweight and obese?
In very simple terms, what a physician evaluates to check for obesity in a person is a simple index known as “body mass Index” or BMI. BMI can be calculated by simply dividing the person’s body weight in Kg by the square of person’s height measured in meters. BMI is measured as Kg/m2. Following are broad guidelines for detection of obesity-
1. BMI of < 18.5 indicates that the person is underweight
2. BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 indicates that the person has got normal weight
3. BMI between 25 and 29.9 indicates that the person is overweight
4. BMI of > 30 indicates obesity
How does Obesity affect fertility?
Excessive body weight in women causes multiple hormonal imbalances, which can result in irregular menstruation and reduced frequency of ovulation, thus leading to infertility. Also, the outcome of Infertility treatment in obese women is poorer than in their normal weight counterparts. Obesity also increases the chances of pregnancy related complications such as miscarriage, pregnancy induced hypertension and gestational diabetes and hence increases the requirement offers cesarean delivery. And not to forget that the labor is that much harder and prolonged for obese women.
Obese males also suffer from reduced fertility as they tend to have lower level of testosterone, which suppresses sperm production. Obesity can also case erectile dysfunction in men, which can result in reduced fertility.
