There is Stone in my Kidney. What kind of medicine I have to take. 10mm in right kidney My age is 21.
10 mm stones are very unlikely to pass by medicines and have to be removed by endiscopy or by surgery (pcnl).

I have 7.8 mm stone in left VUJ. Earlier it was in middle of ureter. Now it came to junction. Can you please guide if it really requires surgical removal or it may pass out once it reaches bladder? What are the changes it will not stuck in urethra?

It will pass out don’t worry. Drink at least twelve glasses of water daily drink citrus juices, such as orange juice eat a calcium-rich food at each meal, at least three times a day limit your intake of animal protein eat less salt, added sugar, and products containing high fructose corn syrup avoid foods and drinks high in oxalates and phosphates avoid eating or drinking anything which dehydrates you, such as alcohol. Homeopathic medicines have good results. Consult online with details.

Dear Sir, I have noticed blood during stool on dated 22/04/16 in morning time. I consult with gastronologist specialist & he has done sigmoidoscopy and observed anal fissure problem. He suggest that it will take 10-12 days for healing and suggested some medicines as well for 4 days followed with sitz bath for 10 days. Yesterday also noticed blood in morning aa well as in evening time which was not observed from last 3 days. Pl suggest what to do, either meet with surgeon or gastronologist. I need your kind advice. It really disturbs my daily life at all & mind is not stable as well. I have stopped morning walk & yoga as well and feeling weakness as well. Pl suggest.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user I would require a more detailed discussion before I can suggest what would suit you the best. But as a general suggestion: the common cause for kidney stones is dehydration and therefore it is important to take enough fluids throughout the day best.

Reasons Behind Prolapsed Bladder!

Reasons Behind Prolapsed Bladder!

A bladder is an organ that stores urine in the body. A prolapsed bladder occurs when the tissue present between the vagina and the bladder is stretched, resulting in a bulge in the bladder. This can result in complications such as leakage of urine and difficulty in passing the same. Based on the severity of the damage, it is classified into four categories -

  1. Mild: A small area of the bladder bulges in the vagina
  2. Moderate: The bladder bulges near the vaginal opening
  3. Severe: Protrusion of the bladder occurs through the vaginal opening
  4. Complete: The entire area of the bladder protrudes completely from the body via the opening of the vagina

The symptoms of a prolapsed bladder are:

  1. Feeling of intense pressure around the pelvic area
  2. Infections related to the bladder
  3. Pain during sexual intercourse
  4. Tissues bulging out through the vaginal opening
  5. Pain in the lower back region

Prolapsed bladder is caused by:

  1. Childbirth: It can cause ligaments and pelvic muscles to weaken thus increasing their vulnerability to a prolapsed bladder
  2. The chances of this disorder increases when one is overweight
  3. Lifting heavy things
  4. Strain caused by bowel movements
  5. In some cases, it may result from a chronic cough
  6. Menopause, as it limits production of estrogen which helps in maintaining healthy tissues in the vagina

It is advised to check with a medical professional if you experience these symptoms, as a prolapsed bladder can worsen with time if left untreated. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Urologist.
