Sometym bladder prolapse may be the cause for incontinence. It all depends on the degree of the prolapse. But it is better to give a try with fibroid removal once (if its really very big).

What is the Treatment of Anal Fissures. I have getting Pain after Passing the Stool. Is this related with Stomach disorder, due to which Stool gets hard and makes Fissures. Pls help.

MS - General Surgery
General Surgeon, Pune
Fissure is like a small linear ulcer at the snap opening. Because the nerve endings from the raw are are exposed to the passage of motion, It causes pain. This pain in turn makes the involuntary circular muscle fibers of internal sphincter to contract and go in spasm making the opening narrow causing more friction while passing next motion. The vicious cycle sets in causing more and more pain. This generally occurs due to straining at hard stools. Stools becomes hard if the fiber content of the diet is low. Vegetables like green leafy vegetables, carrots and cucumber has more fiber and more capacity to keep stools soft. Increase their intake in your diet. Chicken, mutton and fish have good amount of proteins bu are very poor in fibers. Hence don't forget to take salad alongside when you are having non veg diet. Hope this satisfies some of your queries and help make changes to your diet.

Important causes of obesity are: Eating more sugar in the diet increases body weight. People who like eating sweet and sugary products experience more body weight than normal. Carbohydrates get converted into fats and get deposited in the body tissues and muscles. Sedentary lifestyle is another important reason for obesity. People who do not perform any exercise or physical activity during the day may suffer fromt is becoming more common in children as they do not go out to play. People who remain wake up at night and do not get proper sleep may also suffer from obesity. Insomnia or reduced night’s sleep is also a cause of obesity. People who take prescription medicines for different diseases can also suffer from obesity. Medicines produce side effect and increases body weight by quickly converting carbohydrates into fats. Curry leaves also form an effective home remedy for losing weight naturally. Eat a few curry leaves everyday in the morning and drink a glass of lukewarm water to get rid of body fat. It gives quick results in a few weeks. Medicines . Medohar guggul .kachnar guggul. But you should start medicine only after consulting a doctor. Alternatively you can consult me here on Lybrate. If you wish to.

Hello As an urologist, I can understand your concern fully. Stones of 1 cm and 0.8 cm are not large size. It's not something to worry about, unless there's bleeding in urine or severe pain. If the kidney is blocked, it needs urgent treatment. He should drink 12-15 glasses fluids daily. If i've your scan report with latest blood creatinine, uric acid, and sugar, I can give you an expert opinion.

Only way is that you should take care of your kidney, by keeping a clean life, avoiding non veg food, alcohol, smack, parched foods. Also regularly you should ask advice of some ancient vaida for diet etc in detail.
