Dear user, there are many factors causing the ulcers in mouth. Without proper clinical examination we are not able to prescribe medicines over here. awe need to see the case clinically as well as have to obtain clinical history from patient to rvaluate the diagnosis and treatment planning. Though we all doctors here trying our best to help patient, in some cases we are bound not to prescribe medicines over here. Its advisible to visit an E.N.T. Surgeon for proper clinical guidence. Consult a M.D. Physician for the concern of fever. Wish you a health and fast recovery. God Bless You. Jay Swaminarayan.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Eating a piece of cheese after a meal helps in pulling away some of the plaque and leftover tiny food particles from meals. And since it contains calcium, it adds to the health of teeth and bones as well.

You may opt for bleaching after cleaning. Veneers can be an option for front teeth if the problem is deep staining secondary to a disorder of tooth formation.

Chewing of pan masala is not good for your health even. Abstain from the habbit. Pan masala must have formed a precancerous lesion. Stop chewing immediately. Avoid spicy food. Consult a Dentist. Intake of multivitamins especially vit. B12, vit A, vit E, vit C, will help you get relieved of the condition.

Hi lybrate-user, you need to visit a dentist for every six months and get the check up done so that you can know the problem at the earliest. Avoiding soft drinks completely is much better. Atleast avoid taking any food especially carbohydrates one hour before and after having a soft drink as the acidic content in it will cause demineralization of your teeth.
