I have tried pantaprazole / rabeprazole, itopride, etc. But the severe pain comes back the next day. I also have the problem of constipation for which I am taking lactulose. What shd I take to combat the pain.

The best and safest way to getting rid of your asthma is not formoteral fumerate budesonide inhaler, go and try homeopathy which will cure from the suffering were as inhaler are just bronchi dilators which primary action is bronchi dilators but secondary action it leads to severe bronchi constriction which led to again severe aggravation of your problems.

Rhinitis is a common cause of epistaxis (mild blood stain from nostrils ).otrivinp drops shall help. Don't cause much friction in nose.

I am 55 years old. Smoker smokes about 15 to 20 per day. In the night getting pain in the legs and little cough for the last two months.

(MRCPSYCH-UK), MD - Psychiatry, MBBS
Psychiatrist, Hyderabad
You could be developing arterial/venous disease due to smoking of your legs and the cough could be because of chronic obstructive bronchitis or lung disease. Kindly consult a physician and or a pulmonologist for your problems. Then visit a psychiatrist for deaddiction of your smoking.

How to reduce cough problem? I am suffering from cough problem for continue 2 weeks.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Pune
1.Reach for fluids. As with any illness, staying hydrated is your first line of defense against coughing. If your cough stems from a dry throat, a little hydration might be all you need. Even if your cough is caused by something else, drinking plenty of fluids is never a bad idea 2 Make the fluids warm. For certain coughs, such as ones caused by congestion or sinus drainage, warm liquids can be even more effective than cold or room temperature ones. 3.Try saltwater. Particularly in cases of cold- or flu-related coughs, salt water is your friend. 4.Consider steam — in some cases. Conventional wisdom often dictates that steam from a shower or a humidifier can help combat a cough; however, that’s only the case if your cough is due to dry air. If you’re coughing because of congestion, asthma, dust mites, or mold, among other causes, moist air could actually make your cough worse. 5.Stay upright. Being horizontal can cause mucus to drain into your throat. When sleeping with a cough, for example, you should prop up your head with pillows to prevent sinus drainage from pooling in your throat, causing you to cough. 6.Keep the air clean. Stay away from dirty air, including cigarette smoke.Particulates in the air could either be the source of your cough or worsen one that has other causes. Strong fragrances, such as perfumes, can cause some people to cough, even if they’re not irritating to others 7.Keep the air still. Avoid wind, ceiling fans, heaters, and air conditioners, because moving air can make coughs worse For medication consult online in private
