How to remove dark circles from my eyes doctor what precaution should I take please tell me?
Hello user, Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one and a half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on your dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off well with cool water. Follow this remedy twice a day for 2 - 3 weeks to see results. If you want perfect treatment consult with me in private. Need your history.

The eruption of pimples, acne, black heads, dark spots, scars, pores and oily face are due to excessive sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and hair follicles especially on the face.. Precautions- * Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage and scars. . * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy .Homoeopathy has good treatment without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root of the problem unlike face cream which is a surface treatment.. Consult privately (Prime-Rs.149/)

Untreated Heartburn Leads To The Risk Of Esophageal Cancer

BHMS, MD - Homeopathy
Homeopath, Lucknow

Esophageal cancer is one of the fastest-growing cancers in incidence. Rates of esophageal cancer have surged due to a lack of awareness about what causes the disease and how it can be prevented. Heartburn is actually a symptom of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and is caused by acid refluxing back in the esophagus. Acid reflux is an uncomfortable burning sensation or pain behind the sternum. It happens when the content in your stomach flow upwards in the esophagus because the valve between the two organs does not close properly.

Scientists have known several factors which affect the risk of esophageal cancer. But having a risk factor does not mean you have the disease. Some risk factors of Esophageal Cancer are -

1. Age
2. Gender
3. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
4. Alcohol and tobacco
5. Obesity
6. DIet
7. Workplace exposure
8. Injury to the oesophagus
9. History of certain other cancers

A case of acid reflux or heartburn is nothing to worry about. But if you experience it on a regular basis, it’s time to get professional help. Many people don't know that gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a potentially serious condition that if left untreated can ultimately lead to esophageal cancer.

The condition occurs when the GERD signs are not treated effectively, it lead to a serious state in which the cell lining of the lower part of the esophagus change or are replaced by the abnormal cells. These cells ultimately become deadly and cancerous. The real problem of GERD signs can lead to esophageal cancer. Other than heartburn, risk factors for the disease are smoking, obesity and excessive consumption of alcohol.

Esophageal Cancer is diagnosed at later stages because of absence of early sign and symptoms leading to delayed cancer treatment. If signs occur, they can include difficulty in swallowing, weight loss and indigestion. Most of the GERD signs can be managed by lifestyle changes such as avoiding large meals, weight loss and eating healthy.

The esophageal cancer treatment is based on cancer size, extent of disease and present condition. The treatment for oesophageal cancer must include a follow up plan for side effects and symptoms, which are an important part of the care.

Hi sir, I have black marks under eye i'm using so many ointments but no use can you help me.
Dark eye circle prevention There are simple things you can do to alleviate dark circles under your eyes. Sometimes the problem is minor or temporary, in which case an inexpensive home treatment may be appropriate. ? Get enough rest. Sleep deprivation only makes dark eye circles more obvious. ? A gently applied black tea bag or cold compress can reduce blood vessel dilation. ? To decrease pigmentation, protect against the sun by wearing (large) sunglasses. ? Slight elevation of the head during sleep will help prevent fluids from draining toward the eyes. ? Refrain from smoking. If you already smoke, quit now. ? Nasal decongestants, such as saline spray or a saltwater solution, can help prevent blood vessel dilation. ? Don't rub the area around the eyes; it will only make the condition worse. ? Ointment --RevaleSkin Eye Replenishing cream Skin resurfacing for under eye circles Laser resurfacing and chemical peel may be used to help reduce dark circles by increasing collagen production, decreasing pigmentation problems, and improving overall skin quality. However, laser treatments and chemical peels are most effective when used as part of a combination approach in treating dark circles. For treatment and any queries ask privately.

you can continue this cream unless and until if you are not having pimples , rashes and other issues. The medicine is not not an instant solution. It will take time to show results. I can suggest you some natural remedies for skin whitening which would take time as well.
