Vaginal bleeding since 6 months. Bleeding medium to heavy. Initially there were no cramps, doctor suggested texid tablet, and then primolut N, but after completing the course for both, bleeding still has not stopped, and has intensified instead, with heavy cramping. Stomach aches too much. Kindly help. I have finished the 21 day dose of primolut 2 days back and since then, the bleeding had intensified a lot along with constant stomach cramps.

It's due to weakness of uterus, hormonal imbalances, after pregnancy some fecal not wash, prolapse of uterus and uterus fibroid etc. Do whole abdomen usg and you doing any other test of hormone such as thyroid, hydroxy progesterone etc.

My query is related to unwanted pregnancy. I was being intimate with my girlfriend. I had never penetrated her and she is still a virgin. But some of my pre ejaculate was on my fingers and I rubbed my fingers on her genitals but does not penetrated my fingers either. This incident took place 13 days ago on october 29. Her last periods started on 20th of october and ends on 23rd october. Again 3 days ago on 7th november we again have a moment and some of my pre ejaculate was on her hand. She fingered herself with that hand but again did not penetrated herself. After that we realised that there are some chances of pregnancy from pre ejaculate. Now we do not know should we take some preventive measures or not. Is there any chance of pregnancy or not? Please guide us through this situation. I studied online about this and came across following drugs: misoprostol. Should I give it to her or not? Please tell me about its side effects and precautions while taking it, or any other thing that might help. My girlfriend also have diagnosed PCOS and have irregular periods from starting. She is also complaining about backache and have observed white fluid coming from her vagina.

no need to take medicines..chances are very very low near zero percent...she is already suffering from irrecgular periods ..these tablets will further disturb cycle... dont take stress..eat raw papaya during period expected dates.. consult for further help.

Common Cold/Flu (Influenza) is viral Upper respiratory infection. Its Virus has multiple variants. If get infected with one variant this time, then you may get infected with other variant. There can be fever/ cough/ headache/ Throat pain/nasal discharge. These symptoms last for 5-7 days, with or without treatment. Routine Blood investigations are generally normal. Some time viral infection can have supper added Bacterial infection which require Antibiotics. Warm saline gargles, steam inhalation/ drinking hot fluids like water/tea/coffee/soup may give relief. Keeping Lozenges in mouth may give soothing feeling. For specific medication consult ENT specialist.Other causes of fever like Malaria/ Typhoid needs to be investigated by blood test for Malaria & Widal test.

My brothers age is 21 he is coughing blood thrice a day, Doctors did X-ray and normal blood checkup and says its normal, but they are unable to say the cause of that, ENT specialist also says to take antibiotics but no relief. Could you suggest anything. He never smokes.

Dear lybrateuser, - You have to reduce your weight as being overweight causes many problems, your pain could be due to muscular or any other soft tissue problem - do hot fomentation of the affected area - apply pain relief gel three times a day - do not exert, bend or lift any heavy object till pain subsides - reduce weight by diet & exercise.
