Well, one simple thing to do is have methi water in the morning. Soak 1 tsp of methi seeds in a glass of water and next day strain the seeds and have water only, this helps to control sugar. Besides to keep glycosylated hb under control have food items like brown rice, whole grains, avoid refined flour etc. Yes peanuts can be had in moderation.

Masturbation does not reduce the penis size. The penis grows through Puberty up until around 20-years-old. The size you have is mainly down to the genes you inherited from parents and grandparents. The penis extends temporarily during erection and then returns to it's flaccid state.

Diabetes Foot Care - When you have diabetes, proper foot care is very important. Poor foot care may lead to amputation of a foot or leg.

As a person with diabetes, you are more vulnerable to foot problems, because diabetes can damage your nerves and reduce blood flow to your feet. The American Diabetes Association estimates that one in five people with diabetes who seek hospital care do so for foot problems. By taking proper care of your feet, most serious health problems associated with diabetes can be prevented. Your doctor will check your feet each year for any problems.

Here are some diabetes foot care tips to follow.

//Wash and dry your feet daily - Use mild soaps, use warm water, pat your skin dry; do not rub. Thoroughly dry your feet. After washing, use lotion on your feet to prevent cracking. Do not put lotion between your toes.

//Examine your feet each day - Check the tops and bottoms of your feet. Have someone else look at your feet if you cannot see them. Check for dry, cracked skin. Look for blisters, cuts, scratches, or other sores. Check for redness, increased warmth, or tenderness when touching any area of your feet. Check for ingrown toenails, corns, and calluses. If you get a blister or sore from your shoes, do not" pop" it. Apply a bandage and wear a different pair of shoes.

Hell lybrate user- this might be due to following reasons so try to avoid them- a) sleeping in day time. B) going to bed late (generally after 10 pm). C) lack of hair oiling. D) excessive intake of spicy and fried diet and less intake of sweets. Avoid these reasons and use mahabhringraj hair oil for head massage daily before going to bed, you will get relief quickly.

Sir which Medicine are helpful for penis enlargement and increasing semen volume.
Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. SIZE, THICKNESS AND HARDNESS OF PENIS never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which are the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. You can improve the size of your penis by massaging it with olive oil and doing kegal pelvic strengthening exercises. I suggest sex therapy and counseling. Take care.
