It is important to oil the scalp before you wash it. Oil the scalp with jaborandi hair oil 3/week and wash it with mild scalp scalp cleanser everyday. If the scalp still show the dandruff then it is important to check the scalp as there are many disorder like psoriasis, pityriasis amentecia, dermatitis. Consult trichologist for further treatment.

What is the main cause of reduce in vitamin D other than lack of exposure to sunlight? What food and medicine can I take to make d3 normal? My d3 level is 14 and it is too low.

14 levels of vitamin D is not considered to be low and -- milk and its products also have less amount of D vitamin

Ramaji, If you have diabetes (T2), there is need to take appropriate treatment, take proper balanced and restricted diet and do regular exercise for over 1 hour a day. Drugs to used will depend upon severity of diabetes, weight and level of daily physical activity. You will have to avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. If you are looking for specific treatment suggestions then please come in a private conversation with details like fasting and PP sugar levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern and level of exercise and drugs being taken with dosage.

How many days are safe to make sex after pregnancy? Or it is not allowed to do sex After pregnancy? One more question what should b the proper diet for few months after pregnancy as the pregnant doesn't eat properly at early stage of pregnancy. Pls kindly tell me about it.

4 to 6 months are safe after pregnancy. She can take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take milk and milk products.

no any medicine increase the size of penis,.maximum male sex problem not related to penis size bcz the length of vagina is about 6 inch, the outer 2 inch is most sensitive, the inner 4 inch being insensitive. To arouse a female one needs to stimulate only the outer lips and the outer 2 inch of vagina so man needs 2 inches of erect penis to satisfy a females so don't wary taken healthy food .

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

My symptoms is that now dis days when I inhale alcohol or beer or breeze or wine etc my hearts beats very fast and all of my body parts turns red. I can't even complete my first drink sip. Dear , temperature of a child should always be measured by a thermometer. A child has fever if the temperature is more than 100.4 degrees fahrenheit. Feeling the palms and head to be warm is not fever.

Angioplasty has improved circulation in the arteries supplying the heart muscles. She is definitely safe and can do her normal routines. But remember she must continue her medicines prescribed by her cardiologists. She also must improve her life style to a healthy one so that further she does not develop the same. Because the effect is removed but not the cause. She shall have to remove the cause by: 1) Exercise - Aerobics - Brisk Walking is the best and most easily adoptable aerobic - for 40 minutes daily. Her weight should be keep in the healthy limit of BMI 23-24 Kg / Mtr Square. 2) Dietary Management - Avoid Oily food, fast food, Sweet, Sugar, fried food, No tobacco use in any form. 3) Meditation - 20 minutes daily. You give her to read The Silva Mind Control Method of Mental Dynamics by Jose Silva. Let her practice the method. This is a good book to help. A feedback shall be highly appreciated.

Recently she has started crying all of a sudden any time and sometime looks she is frightened when crying. Most of the time it occurs when she is sleeping. We do not give her any medicine but practice behavioural / occupational therapy. When she starts crying it seems strengths comes into her body. It seems that she is getting sleep terrors. Treatment for infrequent sleep terrors isn't usually necessary. During your child's sleep terror, simply wait it out. It may be distressing to watch, but it does not harm the child. You might gently restrain your child and try to get her back into bed. Speak softly and calmly. Shaking your child or shouting may make things worse. Usually the episode will eventually stop on its own. Treatment may be needed if the sleep terrors cause significant disruption or problems with daytime function or threaten safety. Treatment options include: treating an underlying condition. If the sleep terrors are associated with an underlying medical or mental health condition or another sleep disorder, such as obstructive sleep apnea, treatment is aimed at the underlying problem. Improving sleep habits. Addressing issues such as too little sleep may help reduce the incidence of sleep terrors. Addressing stress. If stress or anxiety seems to be contributing to the sleep terrors, your doctor may suggest meeting with a therapist or counselor. Cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis, biofeedback and relaxation therapy may help. Medication. Medication is rarely used to treat sleep terrors, particularly for children. If necessary, however, use of benzodiazepines may be effective.

Hi 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, gives you good result, thanks.
