Hello- dribbling urine in diabetes patient is due to improper tone of muscles of urinary bladder and due to benign prostatic hypertrophy. Due to improper bladder tone the stagnant urine in the bladder tends to develop urine infection also.

For your age excessive urination could be due to 1. Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2. Urinary tract/bladder infection 3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis 5. Diabetes mellitus/diabetes inspidus, hypertension, 6. Stress/anxiety/nervousness, 7. Do urine re/me, blood sugar testing, take usg kub, and consult urologist for advice.

Hello, there is all likelihood that your water may have broken. The simplest way to differentiate is the smell of the liquid. If it has urine smell then it is urine else it is likely that your water broke. In that case report to your obstetrician immediately.
