It is good enough. Here are some key points about the average penis size. While 85% of women were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis men were less sure of themselves.1  45% of men believe they have a small penis.  It has been concluded that flaccid lengths range around 7 to 10 centimetres (2.8-3.9 inches).  Flaccid circumferences range around 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches).  Erect lengths range around 12 to 16 centimetres (4.7 to 6.3 inches).  Erect circumference is around 12 centimetres (4.7 inches).  A higher BMI and older age appear to be weakly associated with a shorter erect penis length.  Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced.. One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves.1 Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare. The average penis size to be as follows: Average length for an erect penis is 14.2 cm (5.6 inches) Average circumference of an erect penis is 12.2 cm (4.8 inches). Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

I had tuberculosis pleural effusion (lungs) in 2012 April and few litres of fluid taken out from lungs, had undergone medicines for 10 months and fully recovered, but im scared that is there any chance to get affected again as a continuity?

no more do not worry TB is a chronic infectious disease caused by Microbacterium tuberculoses the infection spread by the tuberculosis patients who discharges tubercular bacellinin his sputu!m or nasopharyngial secretions during bouts of coughing or sneezing. hence you have to take precautions not come in contract with an active tubercular pt.

You are episode's of allergy infections. Do warm saline gargle regularly. Have balanced diet have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevent infection. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. You will be alright.

I understand Ur frustration. but definitely some things can be done ... low salt diet ...and weight control healthy food all are related with your will power...doctor can step up Ur medication and increase dose or add another medication... you are young and definitely got blood pressure control can help you

Hi, take tab. Septillin 2-0-2after food and rhinorin lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Do steam inhalation twice daily. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform pranayama daily in the morning for 10-15 mins.

I will suggest you to avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water and revert with your findings after a week.

Hello! you can be free from asthma suffering. Lot of people who have allergies tend to suffer continuously or intermittently. Unless you remove allergies from body to enter* you will keep suffering from different kinds of allergies. Lungs: allergies cause asthma. Skin: rashes & itching nose & sinus: cold & sneezing, headache. Stomach: pain abdomen or gastritis. Eyes: watering of eyes & itching of eyes. Best way to come out of any kind of allergies is first do allergy screening test and then only start medications. Consult an allergy specialist.

Exams, work, parties, stress, worries – there numerous reasons because of which we do not sleep well and begin the next day sleep deprived. At times, this extends to multiple times in a week and before we realize, it poses bigger health health hazards than you can imagine.

1) Induces Accidents - If you haven’t slept well the night before, you are bound to be drowsy. It is extremely unsafe to drive when sleepy, as this puts you at a high risk of meeting with an accident. 9) Increases Risk Of Chronic Diseases - Lack of sleep increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It is very important to sleep the required amount of hours, every night, to assist all organs to function smoothly.
10) Impairs judgement - Sleep deprivation affects focus and other senses. This in turn impairs judgment as one might find it difficult to focus while taking decisions. You might start sleeping lesser than 7-8 hours and find that your body has adjusted to it, however in the long run, it will start showing adverse effects on your body.

Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes t2 is a preventable disease, so is high blood pressure. But t1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease and can not be prevented. Following healthy habits, exercising regularly, taking a balanced diet, avoiding junk food, alcohol and smoking can help a person healthy and free from diabetes (t2) and high blood pressure. But no one can remain totally disease free. Human skin colour can not be changed, whatever one might do or apply to it. One should accept the colour god has given. Taking various vitamin supplements without any deficiency is not going to benefit.
