1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Kindly mention your fasting and pp blood sugar levels and revert.

Worm infestation is the commonest cause of itching around the anus. Physical and nutritional hygiene is useful. Take lot of green vegetables & plenty of fluids. Avoid chillies & spices. Tablet zentel may be taken (single dose) once every 15 days for 2-3 months. Local application of non medicated sooting cream (eg nivea or ponds etc) may be applied 2-3 times a day.

Hi. I am suffering from constant pain in my anus in passing stool. Please recommend.

As per your history it appears you have acute fissure in ano, please start taking more of leafy green vegetables and fruits along with plenty of water, avoid white bread and refined flour, non vegetarian food, and fried food items. You can try using xylocaine 5% ointment with an external applicator, always use this ointment 5-10 minutes prior to passing of stool, after passing stool sit in a basin containing warm water called seitz bath for 5 minutes. You could also apply the same ointment once again after this ritual, by this it prevents the nagging pain you may have. If no relief you are advised to see a surgeon or a proctologist for examination and for a possible anl dilatation procedure.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. For gastric problem: Take Natrum Phos. 6x/ 3 times a day.

Have regular food habits as well as habit of going for motion. Don’t avoid when you have an urge for going to toilet. Take 2 to 3 glasses of warm water in the morning. This will help in reducing acidity as well as hardness of stool and you don’t have to strain your pelvic muscles. Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water and having fruits and vegetable juices Avoid sitting for long time at one place. Sedentary habit causes constipation. Driving bike or cycle for long duration at a time may be avoided. Travelling in a car or bus for long journey is also not good. Train is better as you can change positions. Avoid chillies, masalas and such hot foods. Take easily digestible foods including curds and fruits. We have very good treatment in homoeopathy. To start with, take Nux vom 200 twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 5 days.

There is possibility of constipation causing stomach related symptoms. Cause can be due to less intake of fibers in the diet. Exercises make your gut move faster. Isabgol/banana mixed in curd or milk is good source of fiber, which swells up with water, act as stool softener and build pressure. Drink a lukewarm water with half lemon juice and a spoon of honey and walk will be of some help. Or worms infestation. Get your stool tested for worms infestation. If eggs or cyst of worms is positive then consult your doctor for deworming/ amoebiasis treatment.

To make your digestion normal & healthy- *Take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * Take 1 tea spoon of LIV-52 syrup daily one time. * Walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * Avoid taking Nonveg & in day time after taking meals ,do not sleep in day..* Restrict alcohol & tobacco smoking. * Take proper sleep of upto 8 hours & avoid late night outings. I am suffering with gas pain problem from the age of 13 years ,using many medicine s the problem is solved temporary after 3 months again started. Last 5 years the problem increase I.e I am not hungry when eating of food, no digestion, daily water is coming from the mouth. The pain occurs top of the stomach, between chest. So pleasesuggest me.

Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity. Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea, intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep at least for 8 hours a day. - Restrict the usage of pain killers and antibiotics frequently. Take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest Take. Madiphala Rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting or acid reflux.

Hi, you can have soluble fiber half hour before lunch and dinner. Eat atleast 3 hrs before you go to bed. Drink buttermilk instead of milk in the night. Eat atleast 1 fruit a day. Drink 6-8 glasses of water thru the day.

Dear lybrate-user ji, Any type of stress may develop digestive problems. So always try to avoid it. Do some exercise & yoga, it will help you to keep away from stress. For proper motion add more fruits & vegetables in your diet. Use ABHYA RIST 20-20 ml+ ASHWGANDHA RIST 20-20 ml ,with, equal quantity of water ,twice a day after meals, it will prevent you from stress & solve your digestion problem.
