Please suggest me eye or vision exercises need to be done everyday in order to make clear vision without any hamper to eyes or I want to avoid specs to see. I'm 29 years old.

BHMS
Homeopath, Thane
Hi these exercises are yoga exercises and should be practiced under the guidance of a yoga instructor and it really helps. Those who donot know about yoga exercises for improving eyesight doesn't know its importance. They suggest for laser treatments. Eye exercises include yoga exercises which you have to do regularly. Start up with pranayam (breathing exercises) *tratak is the exercise for eyesight, this can be learned from yoga instructor or you can do as follows madhya tratak-in this you have to concentrate over any long distance stable object for 5-10 mins jyoti tratak-in this you have to keep a candle in level of your eyesight at 5 feet distance and cocentrate over the ignited flame for 5 to 10 mins.

Regular itching in eyes though not much difficulty in eyesight; suffering chronic Allergic Rhinitis / Bronchitis, I do take SOS LCZ or LIT-M, apart from Thyronorm-75 for managing hypothyroidism; I do suffer from urte- care, occasionally;

Fellowship in Comprehensive Ophthalmology, DOMS

Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis. 1. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). 2. The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. The key to treating eye allergies is a. Avoid or limit contact with the substance causing the problem. B. Avoid rubbing eyes instead do cold compresses. C. Use antiallergic eyedrop like olopat eyedrop twice daily d. Lubricating eyedrop like flogel thrice daily e. Use mild steroid like flurisone in pulse dose in severe allergy this will help you I am very sorry dear to say that there is no medicine that can cure allergy. Only way is to stay away from all those things that you are allergic to.

2 days back in the morning got up with a swollen right upper eyelid and cheeks on right side only. No pain or discomfort in the eye. Went to a doc he gave me the following Ivepred, LCZ, Topicid and asked to avoid sunlight. I have never had this no asthma what could this? I had home cooked fish last night and I hv had that before. Could it be a good allergy I also had sprouts. I am. Fine now with just 10% swelling left and I want to resume my swimming classes is tht a problem?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi, as 10% of your problem is still left, better to avoid swimming at this stage although you will wear protective goggles, but somehow chances for exposure to infection increases. Take rest for few more days, let your eye problem get completely cured, only then think of re-starting swimming classes again.

My eyes is got red and its warming and teas also coming. Can I get any advice to preserve it.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Redness and watering of eyes can be due to many reasons and the main reasons are 1.Eye Allergy due to dust,Pollution, infection 2.Weak Eyesight 3.Continuous watching TV,Mobile, computor in dim light 4.Any eye injury 5.Lack of sleep 6.Continuous headache 7.Hypertension. So,my suggestion for you is either you give details of your eye watering reasons or visit a local doctor for an eye check up as a final examination can only be made after physical examination.

Have you consulted any eye specialist. It may be some allergic reaction or infection. Better get diagnosis and then start the treatment. If in case you want take this homoeopathic medicine I will suggest one but proper consultation is advisable. Take Pulsatilla 30 BD for 2 days and then report after that.

I have yellow color eyes from my childhood, so any problem for this type of eyes?

Fellowship in Comprehensive Ophthalmology, DOMS

Hello eyes are covered by membrane known as conjunctiva. This conjunctiva may get pigmented with age. This is entirely normal process and it does not get reversed. This yellowishness is normal and it will not affect your eyes.

Operation is the only option , you can undergo external or endoscopic DCR. If not treated it remains as a nidus of infection and can spread to surrounding areas.

Water flow from my eye during using mobile and laptop please tell me using anti glare glass can solve this problem?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
While using mobile/laptop for long intervals continuously, eyes get exhausted. While using mobile /laptop make sure that the lightening in room is proper to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the mobile/laptop screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of mobile/laptop usage or take frequent breaks. Do not use mobile/laptop continuously for more than 30 minutes and most important do not use mobile with low battery. The bright light of the mobile/laptop screen gets more focused on our eyes and this causes dryness of the eyes and thus causing weakness of vision and eye and head pain and watering-------- homoeopathic medicine cinelube eye drops (hapdco) pour 2 drops 3 times daily.
