1.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 2.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 3.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..

I am 25 year old I feel too weakness in body pain in back and perspiration in my palm and feet. I am suffering from night emission from age of 15 so I take treatment before last three year but my memory become weak cont. And fell weightless. I am confident to tell my felling and weakness. For pain in teeth and gums please go for a dental consultation as it may seem you have periodontitis due to hormonal change, noctunal emissions happen during this age, they are perfectly normal, and for other problems consult a physician, you can take lyser-d for pain relief.

If you have not got any investigations done till now, I can advise you to get serum calcium and vitamin d levels done, also kindly get cbc, esr & crp done and send all investigations across to me, so that I can see and advise accordingly. Hi, give her homoeopathic medicines orally - rhus tox. 200 and ruta g. 200 - both twice a day daily and apply schwabe's topi-mp ointment twice a day in a circular manner for 2 weeks. Wrap a crepe bandage after a while. Revert.

4 years back I slipped at floor. My fore head strongly belated at floor. That time no blood release. But a small half inch hard round shape increased. I has no pain now. Its very strong. Can you tell me it is dangerous to me or ignore. Give me any suggestion in medicine use.

This may be due to muscular weakness, use ift in physiotherapy department for 14 min each shoulder and do muscular strenghning exercise regularly with tje use of stretch belt.

I am 53 year old now. Male. I have complete body pain always inclusive of knee pain and all kinds of join as I am also suffering for premature arthritis. I have not seen sound sleep in the night so far. Always lethargic during day time. After eating the food immediately I get sleepy mood. My present weight is 95 Kgs.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You must avoid climbing or getting down staircase. You must also avoid sitting down on the floor whenever possible. Do continue regular walking so that' s important for maintaining general health.

I have gout. And also swelling at ankle & knees. My full leg pains but more at the knee joint. Blood test shows high uric acid. Have started medications for the same. But there is no any relief yet. Almost a month now. How can my uric acid low down. Do I need to do changes in my diet?

Dear Whenever you will start walking jogging, in the beginning it happens that you will be tired or you will feel Iain in leg for two three days. Start your exercise slowly first and increase it day by day. At present you should do massage with any oil at night for two three days and get well soon.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strengthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

I was on thyronorm from 2011. But during 2014 I lost my health badly. Thats why I visited cmc vellore in november. There I consulted hod of endocrinology who after thorough investigation advised me to stop thyronorm. I also consulted gastro and finding was gastritis mild. I was also found to be calcium, vitamin d3 and vitamin b12 deficient. For these problems I was prescribed neurobion forte, sandocal, calcirol granule, dimol 40, atenolol 50 (i am taking atenolol from last 10 years). I was really very very fine in all respects in last 7 months. I recovered my lost health also. I checked up my thyroid blood in the last part of march which showed tsh as 12.26 and ft4 as 0.84. Again on 1st june I tested blood which showed ft4 as 0.80 and tsh as 17.40 and again on 18/6/15 blood report showed ft4 as 0.84 and tsh as 24+. Then on advice from my physician I am on eltroxin 50 mcg. But for last few days I have been facing various troubles such as gaseous abdomen, burping with sounds, pain in cervical region and backside of head, too much drowsiness and frequent instability with mental agony. Are these happening due to thyroxin or wrong dose of thyroxin or for from abdominal disturbance? please note that I am having cervical spondyltsis and hypertension from last 10 years. As per doctor's advice I have taken a refiximin for 2 weeks in last part of november 2014. Regards.

In hypothyroidism:-- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consut doctor on time.

Rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem this could be due to lumbar spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

I have stitches on my hand from past four years. I want to remove it so what medicine tubes would you suggest me? And I got that stitches because of hand-fracture operation.
