I am 21 year old I have bad breath all time and I brush 3 times a day but it not working.

I am 21 year old I have bad breath all time and I brush 3 times a day but it not working.
Dear lybrate-user, 3 times brushing routine should help in reducing bad breath. However if it is not helping there are chances that there may be decayed teeth in the mouth or infected gums which are causing the bad breath. You may see a dentist and get your mouth evaluated for any such cause. If this cause is eliminated, your bad breathe will also stop.

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical. Strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Keeping your brush at a 45 degree angle while brushing so that the bristles do not hurt your gums.

My lips remain chapped always from last 12 years. and my corners of mouth are cracked from both sides that's too from last 12 years. Please suggest me.

You have most like a vitamin deficiency (B group and E) along with a fungal (Candidal) infection. Since your age is showing 90 years I am assuming you either have no teeth or very few teeth which results in something called 'loss of vertical dimension' that is face height decreases and saliva drooling occurs. So you need both dental and medical treatment for this condition. A prosthodontist such as myself can treat your problem well.

My sister has yellow teeth, even after good dental hygiene. What might be the cause?
Teeth yellowing might be reflecting some problems with the enamel of teeth or it can be due to improper brushing. The former will need cosmetic intervention from any cosmetic dentist. The latter can be taken care of by professional cleaning.

Tongue cleaning is as important as brushing and flossing. Use of a proper tongue scraper every morning to remove tongue plaque and freshen your breath.

I am 20 years old male. I have blue black (blend) gums and yellowish teeth. What should I do for healthy gum and teeth.

I am 20 years old male. I have blue black (blend) gums and yellowish teeth. What should I do for healthy gum and teeth.
Blue black gum may be due to melanin which varies from person to person and it's not indicating that your gums are not healthy but to get esthetic (pink gums) you can consult periodontist. And for yellowish teeth also you should consult periodontist first. Yellowish teeth may be due to poor oral hygiene, or fluorosis, or side effect of some medicine. It can be get white by just scaling or bleaching or veneer prosthesis.
