Do not pick or scratch at warts. Wear flip-flops or pool shoes in public showers, locker rooms, and pool areas. Do not touch someone's wart. Keep foot warts dry, as moisture tends to allow warts to spread.

During erection or at a normal time my tip of the penis did not come out due to tight foreskin. It pains when it tried to pull back {foreskin}.looking for a cure for that for doing easily. Thanking you.

Hello, Certain metabolic factors produce dryness around the foreskin making it stiff and tight, moreover the lubrication of the glans is also decrease due the same reason and the foreskin become tight and it makes pain retracting. Apply castor oil daily and try to dilate the skin regularly, once sufficient moisturization gained it will be fine.

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3.Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical. 4.Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.

Initially at her birth doctor advised me to feed her 30 mL after two hours and now she is not getting satisfied by 30 mL .What should be her dose now for milk. And she even not take mother's milk as whenever she is tried to feed with baby milk she starts crying. What should we do?

You can increase to 60 or more as she can feed. Do not give in bottle but feed from a cup. And the waste after each feed should not be kept and has to be discarded. Remember, breastfeeding is the best.

>> Avoid 3 big meals. Instead take small mini meals every 2/3 hours. Take green vegetables/salad with every minimeal..>> Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc..>> Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango..>> Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc..>> Eat fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange..>> Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal..>> These steps can help reduce sugar levels.
