Hello- DNA fragmentation test is a separate test to a semen analysis and identifies if there is DNA damage present within the sperm cells. Your doctor may recommend this test if the male partner is of an increased paternal age, you have experienced recurrent miscarriage, or unexplained fertility issues. Masturbation in Men: Masturbation is a kind of topic which is normally avoided by people as they consider it as a taboo. However, masturbation is healthy and completely normal sexual behaviour. There are so many myths associated with masturbation which are really not true. However, masturbating can have some adverse effects but a few. But, masturbation is not dirty and doesn’t make you less as a person, so don’t feel ashamed or bad about masturbation and activities related to it. What is Masturbation? Masturbation is a process in which a person derives sexual pleasure and satisfaction by stroking or rubbing his/her genitals by his/her hands manually and using sex toys. Dear take small and light meals. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks and fried snacks in office. Instead prefer lemon water. Drink glass of water after every hour. Take deep breath for 5 min after 2 hours in fresh and open space. Walk here and there in office after 2-3 hrs for 5-10 min. Try to do brisk morning walk daily for 20 min at least. Take 2 tab chitrakadi vati twice a day with water after meals/ 15 days.

Please reduce your weight, it is 85 kg please sleep early and wake up early go for morning walk in greenery do pranayam and yoga daily take salads and fruits more before lunch avoid heavy and fatty diet avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food.

Hello- If you are not willing to start any medications then its better to start practicing kegel exercise on daily basis. Improve your dietary standards, eat a rich healthy diet, incorporate zinc in your diet. It will take time but you will gain control of your ejaculation gradually.

masturbation is a normal phenomenon. don't be afraid or worry about it. it's not a bad habit. masturbation is normal if done 2 to 3 times a week. if it's hindering with your professional and personal life then u may do the following- do not watch porn. try to distract yourself when u get thoughts about masturbabtion. eat less non veg food and more green leafy vegetables, juices and fruits. socialise with friends and do not contain yourself in closed environments. meditate at least 10 mins a day

Dear Lybrate user. Sex is always enjoyed if it is done with love, passion and affection. The love making time is important. It should be within 30 minutes. The more you try to extent it, the more you and your partner will be stressed and therefore the pleasure associated with orgasm will be simultaneously reduced. Therefore, limit the sexual performance to less than 30 minutes. Sex is energy consuming and your body needs proper rest and nutrition replenishment after every sex. Also keep in mind that you should provide 24 hours gap between two sexual intercourses. Sexual intercourse is not advised in the cases of stress, anxiety, physical fatigue, cough, cold etc. Take care.

Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. This type of thoughts is common in people who live a sedentary life. If you really have a sedentary life-style you should get yourself out from it immediately. Socialize yourself. Do some physical exercise daily. Drink a lots of water. Create a routine of your daily schedule & maintain it. STRESS CONTROL There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1. Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2. Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3. Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4. Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5. Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, imagining the sights, sounds and smells of your favorite place, such as a beach or mountain retreat. 6. Exercise regularly or take up yoga. 7. Consult a psychologist about the use of biofeedback 8. Make time for music, art or other hobbies that help relax and distract you. 9. Learn to identify and monitor stressors. You should avoid over exertion. Drink approx 4 ltrs of water a day. Take tablet paracetamol sos if fever more than 100 and consult a nearby physician.
