I am suffering from my shoulder pain .my pain is exist about 3 months. When I throw a ball only then it hearts me.
Shoulder pain & armIt is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

I am having pid problem, since 2011 august. Recently I am suffering from severe nerve pain (l5 s1 region right leg ), severe pain in my right knee, right ankle and foot for last two month.

Narrow disc space (pid) on mri does not necessasarily mean operation. Most of them can be managed without operation. This is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back(spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take

I am 40 years old, working in a pse, suffering from spondolytis in neck, lower side of back. Please suggest.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am 35 years male, my weight is 63 kgs and height is 5.55,i am having pains from neck to arms and much pains at shoulders level. Some tome arms got stiffed. It may be cervical because I am doing sitting job and using most of the computers. Please advice how can get relieve from this because its about 5-6 months after left the gym exercise not .can I rejoin gym for exercise. Please help.

Hi You may take help of a trained physiotherapist for guided exercises, massage, of arms, shoulder and neck Mild pain meds. Hot fomentation, use of cervical collar while sitting on desk work, intermittent isometric cervical exercises shall help. Refrain gym till you overcome your problems with mild to moderate physiotherapy exercises and nutrition supplements best wishes.

I am suffering from neck and back pain from long time. When I hang my neck along with bed, then it pains. And pain will radiate to shoulders and below it. I am suffering from this since 5-7 months. I also have sputum problem in my throat. I have split it again and again from throat and nose. I sneeze more than around 10-15 times a day generally. I started recently dose of septilin, Bresol, Rumalya forte and Rhumo Vita Oil. I want to know these are sufficient or not? What other precautions I can do?

You are suffering from allergic rhinitis. Its a common problem now a days. Do saline gargles daily. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term please ask for consultation with detailed information so that I can help you better. For neck you need to correct your posture-- can do the following exercises for neck pain /watch? A person can ease the symptoms of cervical spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises. 1. Neck stretch Keep your body straight. Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to its center position. Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds. Carry out 5 repetitions. 2. Neck tilt Tilt your head forward so that the chin touches the chest. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return the head to a neutral position. Carry out 5 repetitions. 3. Neck tilt (side-to-side) Lean your head down towards either shoulder, leading with the ear. Softly tense the neck muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Return your head to the center and repeat on the other shoulder. Carry out 5 repetitions. 4. Neck turn Turn your head to one side as far as it remains comfortable, being sure to keep your chin at a level height. Tense your neck muscles for 5 seconds. Return the head to a central position. Repeat on the opposite side. Repeat this exercise 5 times on each side. These exercises can help to moderate the impact of the condition and alleviate pain or feelings of stiffness. However, they will not cure cervical spondylosis.
