Yes, you can take Fish alternate day basis and you can also include white egg and chicken in your diet. You should take small and frequent meal.

To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Eat protein rich foods like fish like tuna, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, peanut, soy products etc. Use good fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil, flax seed, pumpkin seed, almond, walnut etc. Eta whole wheat, whole grain, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc, drink lots of water. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Proper rest and stress free life.

Hi, don't go with any gainers or supplements to gain weight, first just choose a healthy option, take a balanced diet with increased calories and add some good sources of protein in your diet and take good amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet, avoid junk food, just don't eat anything to gain weight. One theory of weight loss doesnt fit to all. Know your body and its composition for better results. Different people may advise you things you should avoid, which in long term can result in metabolic insult. Be careful and choose wisely. Bagels and Crackers are made from whole wheat; sesame and bran that add some kilos to your body. Besides, they also provide necessary carbohydrates. You can use jams, peanut butter, margarine or honey to eat loads of calories and proteins. They will increase a significant amount of weight.

Eat 100 gms sprouted and steamed matar or moong with curd in dinner. Eat some dal in the lunch. Eat some tofu or soya badi in lunch. Do not eat maida, sugar or fried foods. These things add calories without supplying protein. Therefore they works against your objective of gaining muscle.
