Tips to improve balance/alignment/motion: lift your leg so your thigh is parallel to the ground while touching a wall. Hold it for five breaths. For alignment, move side to side while sitting on a balance ball. For motion, try moving forward and backward on the ball.

Take physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium; multivitamin and vitamin d 3. Apply volini cream before sleeping.

Ra if has been ruled out by ra factor, then you must consider doing anti ccp antibody. Ra factor is variably positive from 20% to 70% in people having rhuematoid arthritis. Also consider having vitamin d levels. Levels less than 25 might need supplements and might be the cause of pain.

Your thigh muscles are getting strained due to overexertion. Follow these tips; 1. Be gradual in your exercise. Gradually increase your workout intensity. Give at least one day break in your exercise regimen. 2. Do leg muscle stretches before gym and apply cold pack after exercises. 3. Take adequate liquids during and after gym. 4. Take well balanced nutritious diet rich in Calcium and vitamin D. 5. Take analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for 2 days to get relief. If problem persists consult again.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same. Best wishes.

I have a problem in my elbow there is a pane in it please surest me exercise things please it is recommended.

Mostly pain in elbow is due to strained or inflamed soft tissues like tendon. There are many other reasons why pain in elbow occurs so to rule out the exact cause you need to go for proper investigation. Pain in elbow is common complain of players or housewives. After looking to your pain I would recommed you for some care that you can take at home. If possible visit some physio who can give you several mdalities like US, IFT etc to cure the pain. Along with it we have a special program designed in case of elbow pain (tennis or golfer’s elbow) like PNF, Hold Relax etc just to get relief from pain. Precautions: 1. Avoid weight lifting. 2. Avoid doing twisting moments like supination-pronation which usally is done while playing badmitton or while washing clothes. 3. Give rest to your work for some days. 4. Wear forearm band to rest your muscles. 5. Avoid bending your elbow into positions that cause the symptoms. Treatment: 1. Give rest to your elbow. 2. Ice and hot pack combo. Apply ice for 3 min and then hot for 2 min. There is very good result of both applications together. 3. Massage using your 2 fingers over the painful area. 4. Exercises: A) Palm lifting B) Elbow up and down in gravity eliminated position C) Strengthening of elbow muscles. These you can do at home. For any query please inform Good Luck and Get Well soon.

Hello,Frozen shoulder problem can be managed well with proper physiotherapy treatment under a professional,it will not only help to relieve the night time pain but also improve your range of motion through mobilisation and manipulation technique which will help in your daily activities.It's a long term treatment which will take time to improve but will be beneficial in the long run,You also need to learn proper exercises to continue doing at home for maintaining the musclestrength.Besides this you can take ice pack 3-4 times a day,also avoid sleeping on the affected shoulder.

Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

According your age x-ray mri must. Remedy is that avoid long sitting and toward bending lifting heavyweight. Sit straight maintain your posture do spine stretching exercise like yoga. Tk heat fermentation in pain condition and rest morning stiffness due to overstrain of muscle.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am dr akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. This kind of pain is usually due to inflammation of your heel fascia. It is chronic pain which get aggravated especially when you walk more and is better with rest. Treatment modalities are aimed at relieving inflammation of the fascia, like ice packs, physical therapy, footwear modification and anti-inflammatory therapy. Please tell me are both heels affected, is there any swelling or signs of inflammation present? what tests have you done till now to establish a diagnosis? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.
