Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A NIGHT FALL / NOCTURNAL EMISSION / WET DREAM or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. I suggest counseling and sex therapy. Take care.

Headache can be due to many reasons. Common causes being simple tension headache, headache due to refractive error (visual problems), sinusitis (sinus infections), migraine. Get your vision checked first. If you have sinusitis and headache you will have cough, nasal discharge or fever. Consult an ENT specialist in such cases. In simple tension headaches there is tight band like constriction at forehead. It will be relieved by simple analgesics and rest. Migraine headache is characterised by nausea, vomiting, intolerance to light and sound, throbbing headache. For migraine you need to take preventive medicines and make lifestyle changes. Computer work all day can cause headache due to poor ergonomics and strain. Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily (aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it. 6. Take breaks at 45 min interval in office and walk and stretch. Splash eyes with water. Consult again if needed.

Dear lybrate user, this is typical in a couple relationship. This happens because the boy and the girl belong to completely different families which have different values and beliefs. Both - the boy and the girl have certain expectations from their partner, which is a result of their own perception. When these expectations are not met, the problems in the relationship starts. It is advisable that either, you both or at least you yourself need to consult a counsellor for pri- marital counselling. The counsellor will do the needful. Please seek professional help, before getting married, irrespective of whether you remain in the same relationship or you want to move on.

You could be developing arterial/venous disease due to smoking of your legs and the cough could be because of chronic obstructive bronchitis or lung disease. Kindly consult a physician and or a pulmonologist for your problems. Then visit a psychiatrist for deaddiction of your smoking.
