I am 24 year old I want to know which diet I will take to gain muscle on my shoulder.
1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.

You reduce weight to stay healthy and fit. Do regular exercise like push ups, sit ups, plank, yoga etc. Eat small amount of food. But do not skip meals. Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals. Use extra protein to lose weight. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid fast foods, junk foods etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals.

You may be under some severe stress and may be denying it. I suggest that you meet with a counselor and sort that out. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

I think your having piles or harmorrhoides. Try to cure your constipation. Take plenty of water, food having lots of fibre. Lots of green veggies, take papaya 3-4 days a week. If you maintain diet and do regular exercise your diabetes will be in control. Take small amount of food frequently. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Eat whole fruits, vegetables, whole grain, whole wheat, oats. Take more protein in diet. Use healthy fat small amount. Avoid underground vegetables, pumpkin, banana. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Stay stress free and proper rest.

Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion IRON rich diet like Green vegetables,Fruits and 2 glass milk daily PAPAYA PACK ( BAKSON) Daily apply on face directly in evening when u think u r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigmentation spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Dear , this is a common problem in children of both sexes. It could be that he has some defect in lumber spine like spina bifida or some adhesions. In majority of cases no organic defect is found either in vertebral column or spinal cord. In most cases there is psychological problem or faulty habit. To decide what it is one wants to know about history like 1 did he have any dry nights at any stage of his life or from early childhood bedwetting continued? 2. When did it start? 3. Did it start after the birth of second child? 4. Is someone in the home is hard task master or strict displetarian? 5. Is his teacher rather harsh on him? 6. Does he have any close relationship with anyone in the family? in short this a sort of cry for help or attention seeking. So parents will have deal with tactfully and softly 1. Be soft and gentle with him 2. When you come home from work firstly inquire about him and talk to him about how his day passed. 3. When he comes home from school take notice of him and talk to him 4. At night ask him to pass urine before he goes to bed. 5 find out roughly the time when he wets the bed and arrange for an alarm take to toilet to pass urine. This is the best and simplest way of getting his brain to wake up and pass urine in toilet and not in bed. 6. Do not give him milk or any drink at bedtime. 7. Ask him to make resolution at bedtime not to pass urine in bed. 8. If he has problem at school with boys or teacher sort it out quietly. If somebody is harsh on him ask them to be soft on him 8. After all of these measure, if nothing works continue the same and add tab. Imipramine hydrochloride (impranil or depsonil) 25mg. One hour before his bedtime. If bedwetting happens in the daytime sleep as well then give it three times a day for at least 3 months and stop the medications to see whether he remains dry. If not then continue for 3 more months.
