dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better.. try and get adequate 8 hours sleep

आँखें ही हमारे शरीर का वो अंग है जिससे हम इस दुनिया को पूरी तरह महसूस कर सकते हैं. आँखों के बिना सब कुछ अजीब लगता है. जाहिर है कई लोगों के पास प्राकृतिक रूप से और कुछ लोग दुर्घटनावश आँखें नहीं होतीं. इसलिए उनका जीवन थोड़ा मुश्किल हो जाता है. इसलिए हमें हमारी आँखों के लिए कुछ विशेष सावधानियां बरतनी पड़ती हैं. आँखें हमारे शरीर का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण और खूबसूरत हिस्सा हैं. इसलिए आँखों की देखभाल अत्यंत आवश्यक है. दृष्टि होने से हम अपने चारों ओर एक रंगीन और विविध दुनिया देख पाते हैं और स्पष्ट रूप से देखने की क्षमता सब कुछ बेहतर बना देती है. आपको बता दें कि आँखों की माशपेशियां शरीर में सबसे अधिक क्रियाशील होती हैं. तो इसलिए आइए हम अपने बेहतर दृष्टि के लिए कुछ महत्वपूर्ण प्राकृतिक तरीके जानें.

  • आंवला: आँवला रेटिना की कोशिकाओं के समुचित कार्य को भी सुनिश्चित करता है. आँवला विटामिन ए, सी और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट के साथ समृद्ध होता है और आँखों की देखभाल के लिए बहुत अच्छा है. आप आँवले का कच्चे रूप में या एक अचार के रूप में भी उपभोग कर सकते हैं. आप स्वस्थ आँखों के लिए एक गिलास आँवले का रस हर दिन पी सकते हैं.
  • सौंफ: सौंफ एक अद्भुत महान जड़ी बूटी है जो प्राचीन रोम के लोगों द्वारा दृष्टि के लिए प्रयोग की गई थी. यह पोषक तत्वों और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट के साथ भरी हुई है जो दृष्टि में सुधार कर सकते हैं. रात का खाना खाने के बाद, आप हर रात कुछ चीनी के साथ सौंफ खा सकते हैं और इसके बाद गर्म दूध का एक गिलास ले सकते हैं.
  • पर्याप्त नींद: आपकी कीमती आँखों को समुचित आराम चाहिए होता है. आपको यह सुनिश्चित करने की ज़रूरत है कि आप उन्हें सीमा से परे थकने ना दें. उचित विश्राम के लिए दैनिक 7-8 घंटे की एक अच्छी नींद लें. नींद आँखों के तनाव से छुटकारा पाने और आपको ताज़ा रखने में मदद करती है. रात में देर तक जागना आपकी दृष्टि खराब कर सकता है.
  • ब्लू बेरी: यह एक जड़ी बूटी है जो एंटीऑक्सीडेंट के साथ भरी हुई है. यह रेटिना को उत्तेजित करती है और दृष्टि में सुधार भी करती है. यह विभिन्न नेत्र विकारों से भी सुरक्षा प्रदान करती है. जैसे मांसपेशियों का अध यह फल विशेष रूप से अच्छा है और बेहतर नेत्र दृष्टि के लिए आहार में शामिल किया जा सकता है.
  • आँखों का व्यायाम: एक आरामदायक स्थिति में बैठें और अपने अंगूठे के साथ अपने हाथ को बाहर खींछे. अब अपने अंगूठे पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें. हर समय ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए, जब तक आपका अंगूठा आपके चेहरे के सामने लगभग 3 इंच तक ना आ जाए और फिर दूर करें जब तक आपका हाथ पूरी तरह से फैल ना जाए. कुछ मिनटों के लिए यह करें. यह व्यायाम ध्यान केंद्रित करने और आंख की मांसपेशियों में सुधार लाने में मदद करता है. एक और उपयोगी व्यायाम है, अपनी आँखो को बाएं किनारे से दाहिने किनारे तक ले जाएं, फिर ऊपर की तरफ भौं केंद्रित करें और फिर नीचे की ओर नाक की नोंक पर देखें.
  • सूखे मेवे: सूखे मेवे और नट्स खाना भी आँखों के लिए फायदेमंद होता है. नट्स जैसे बादाम में ओमेगा -3 फैटी एसिड और विटामिन ई होता है जो आंखों के लिए अच्छा है. यह भूख को संतुष्ट कर जंक फूड की जगह इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है.
  • हरी सब्जियां: एक बहुत अच्छे नेत्र स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने में पालक, चुकंदर, मीठे आलू, शतावरी, ब्रोकोली, वसायुक्त मछली, अंडा आदि अन्य खाद्य पदार्थ भी फायदेमंद होते हैं.
  • गाजर: गाजर आँखों के लिए एक बेहतरीन खाद्य पदार्थ है, जिसमे विटामिन ए होता जो आँखों के लिए फायदेमंद है. अच्छे नेत्र स्वास्थ्य के लिए एक नियमित आधार पर गाजर का सेवन करते रहें. आप हर दिन एक गिलास गाजर के रस को भी पी सकते हैं.

My left is suffering from glaucoma (expected as per eye specialist0, what should be the remedy for this ?

You should get a confirmatory diagnosis of glaucoma; as once the medication is started it will not be re- evaluated for any other cause. When confirmed, treatment is given according to report. Kindly consult us with it for prescribing the treatment.

Are you talking of pinguecula , you may use Tobrasone eye drops 3-4 times + genteal eye drops 4-5 times.

Hello, do wear good brand broad rimmed uv-protection goggles always whenever you go outside in the sunlight which protects your eyes from uv-rays, but also protects them from dust, pollution, blow of air, heat and gives cooling effect. Get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. -one helpful way to do this is to imagine that you are looking at the number 12 on a clock. Then, follow the numbers around the clock with your eyes. Repeat going the other way around the clock. -massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

If you have got diabetes, then it is quite natural that you will soon face acute eye troubles. This is the reason diabetic patients are always suggested to keep their blood sugar levels controlled so that eye troubles can be easily avoided.

Thorough medical check-up is required in order to detect conditions of the eyes. Some of the commonest eye troubles occurring due to diabetes are cataract, glaucoma, blurry vision, diabetic retinopathy and others. 

List of eye diseases caused by diabetes

  1. Diabetic retinopathy: when retina'  s smallest blood-vessels get severely damaged due to increased blood-sugar, then this kind of eye condition occurs. Early detection of this eye condition can save your  eyes, but if it is too late, then nothing can be done, and it might even lead to blindness
  2. Cataract: Fogging or clouding condition can bring this kind of condition, and this can only be corrected by wearing proper corrective lenses.  However, if you fail to control diabetes, then in spite of wearing glasses, your eye condition might get deteriorated day by day. Glared or blurred vision is the commonest symptom in this regard. 
  3. Glaucoma: When the eye-fluid is not drained properly, then this kind of eye trouble occurs. In fact, eye pressure increases to a great extent as a result of which delicate eye nerves can get severely damaged. The blood vessels of the eyes can get clogged causing greater interruption in vision. Medicines can make aqueous humor to get drained in a proper manner, and thus you should go for a proper eye check-up so that you can acquire the requisite medicines. Some popular symptoms of glaucoma are headaches, eye aches, blurred vision, watery eyes, vision loss and others. 
  4. Diabetic macular-edema:  This eye disease mainly occurs in the advanced stage of diabetic-retinopathy. Macula is nothing but the most delicate part of retina and when it gets swollen, then you might face this eye trouble. Only medications can help you to get rid of the same and thus immediate medical help is needed. 
  5. Blurry vision: Though this is quite a small and temporary eye issue for diabetic patients, but this condition might turn into a serious one if you neglect to correct the same in the very beginning. You might even face blindness due to negligence of this trouble. Also, fluctuating sugar-levels should be stabilized so that this kind of trouble can be easily tackled.

Hello high sugar level may damage eye. Diabetes cause diabetic retinopathy. It damages retina which is very important part of eye. Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get retina examined.

It could be because of allergy, adenoids, enlarged tonsils, deviated nadal septum and many more reasons related to environment. U can consult at ent doctor for ure complaints.
