Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face.

Dear lybrate-user, I may not think about it if you would be non diabetic person. It may be muscle injury or it may be abscess in your thigh which is not seen in x-ray. Go for usg, and if it is normal then take below medicine. Arnica 6x thrice a day. For 3 days.

Make sure you take thyroid medicine properly and control thyroid level. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. For more detailed and personal advice ask me privately www. Lybrate. Com/drsajeev. It is essential and useful to have a doctor answer your doubts online as it time spent in going to a clinic. Majority of diseases can be treated by online by consultation with an experienced doctor and does not need physical examination. You can ask me privately at this site. Regards.

Your symptoms are suggestive of OCD ,you need medicines along with counselling. You can also consult me regarding this.In the mean time follow my suggestions trust me it will work in magical way. Try to do important work like form submission in starting time as in general 25-30 days are provided to fill the form what you have to do is to fill the form within 3-4 days from the date of issue and say to yourself that I am filling this form only as a security purpose ,i will submit actual form before 4-5 days from last date as it is like practise so normally I am suppose to fill but without committing any mistake and when during this 15-20 days this thought runs say to yourself that I am suppose to think on this matter 2-3 days before last date and same thing apply in every type of work slowly by slowly you will get rid of these things One more thing will help in this you can reassure these work from others and when that person will say yes it is correct then it will reduce your repeatitive act and slowly by slowly this will improve. Try to divert your mind as these thoughts are endless. Take care.

A form of psychotherapy called cognitive-behavioral therapy and medications are both effective for panic disorder. A treatment should be selected according to the individual needs and preferences of the patient, the panel said, and any treatment that fails to produce an effect within six to eight weeks should be reassessed.

Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send your USG report because medication for stones depends upon size, number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

My 70 to 75 percent hair turned grey and i'm just 20 now. please give me some solution for it.

MBBS, Diploma in Venerology & Dermatology (DVD)

My 70 to 75 percent hair turned grey and i'm just 20 now. please give me some solution for it.
Premature graying of hair is often a great concern for younger adults in their 20s or 30s as gray hair make them look much older than they are.The problem can be caused by factors like a genetic predisposition, poor nutrition, hormonal fluctuations, smoking, pollution, stress, use of unsuitable hair products, and certain diseases such as chronic colds, sinusitis, and thyroid disorders.Basically, strands of hair turn white or gray due to low amounts of melanin, the pigment that gives your hair its natural color. The melanocyte activity slows down with age and the body gradually stops producing melanin. Instead of covering those gray strands with commercial and chemical-laden hair colors, try some natural home remedies. In addition, eat a healthy and nutritious diet. Deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B, iron, copper, and iodine can contribute to this problem. You may use certain home remedies like dry amla powder, henna, curry leaves mixed with coconut oil.Start taking vitamin supplements to prevent further greying.

Sir, my brother is suffering from panic attacks since 1 month. He is on medicine but how to get rid of these attacks ...
Dear , panic attacks are basically due to some underlying anxiety disorder. Panic attacks are just tip of the iceberg. Understanding and treating the anxiety disorder is the key. Anxiety disorder with panic attacks is usually treated with a combination of psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation and exercise. Please post a private question to me with all the details. Take care.
