Taloprex- Escitalopram may cause this problem. You need to change and see the result. If no improvement then may need blood tests.

I want varicocele grade 1 require surgery? Sperm count and quality is low in report. How to get cure without surgery?
Varicocele is an abnormal enlargement of the veins present in the scrotum which drains the testicles. It is the one of the major causes of male infertility and low sperm count. In some cases, the testicles fail to develop or shrink due to Varicocele. The main cause of Varicocele is not known (idiopathic) as it occurs when the valves within the veins along the spermatic cord do not work properly. This results in reverse flow of blood into the pampiniform plexus in the scrotum. The resulting increased pressure in the veins causes Varicocele. The main symptom of Varicocele is presence of visible and palpable enlarged veins. The person may also experience dragging-like or aching pains within the scrotum. The testicles feel heavy and in some cases, atrophy (shrinkage) of the testicles may occur. Palpating a Varicocele can be likened to feeling a bag of worms. Homeopathic treatment works very well in mild to moderate cases of the Varicocele. Homeopathic medicines are natural and safe and have no side effects on the male reproductive system. They act at the root to stop recurrence of the disease process. Homeopathic medicines stimulate the disease fighting mechanism of the body. As the healing system of the body is strengthened, the disease is completely eradicated. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance.

Mr. lybrate-user, If the patient is regularly taking prescribed medicine and also following diet restriction and exercise schedule, then blood glucose does come down. That is what is seen with the patient. It means due to current medication diabetes is under control. But to remain in that good control, treatment has to be continued for lifetime. Plus periodic check ups should also be done. If you stop medication now, blood glucose levels will go high and can cause severe problems. Thanks.

What type of burn should be treated at home and when to hospitalise. We may not understand percentage but narrate the symptoms to know the status.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi, for many second-degree burns, home treatment is all that is needed for healing and to prevent other problems. First degree: includes only the outer layer of skin, the epidermis skin is usually red and very painful equivalent to superficial sunburn without blisters dry in appearance healing occurs in 3-5 days, injured epithelium peels away from the healthy skin hospitalization is for pain control and maybe fluid imbalance second degree: can be classified as partial or full thickness. Partial thickness blisters can be present involve the entire epidermis and upper layers of the dermis wound will be pink, red in color, painful and wet appearing wound will blanch when pressure is applied should heal in several weeks (10-21 days) without grafting, scarring is usually minimal full thickness can be red or white in appearance, but will appear dry. Involves the destruction of the entire epidermis and most of the dermis sensation can be present, but diminished blanching is sluggish or absent full thickness will most likely need excision & skin grafting to heal.
