Specific Best food : 1. Egg : Enriched with protein which helps in growth and improves the quality of hair 2.Bean: Contains silica which prevent hair loss. Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Hi, I use to have beautiful long hairs just 2-3 years back that I just saw in my photographs but now my hair have become very thin and short. I really feel very nostalgic for that. Hello, stress & anxiety obstruct growth of hairs affecting hair follicles & sebaceous glands resulting in hairloss, hence, you need to regulate your life style, first. Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish hair follicles to check hairloss. Take, plenty of water to moisten your scalp to check dandruff, inorder to condition hair follicles to check hairloss. Gluthathione would decrease the natural melanogenesis and hence will lead to rashes over the exposed parts and can lead to skin cancer in near future And hence avoid using it in any form

PApply kojivit gel twice daily over spots.Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after.Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.probably u just have a pigmentation or u have a proper scar.it can be determined only by an examination.random treatments vil not solve ur problem.u may need medications or even interventions or both.

Hello, this may be dandruff it causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, milk end milk products. Massaje mahabhringraj taila morning end night. Wash hairs with keshraj powder. Do arobic excersices, yogs, walking will help.

There are several reasons for Hairfall Thyroid Diabetes Hormonal imbalances Piles Anemia Respiratory tract infection Gastric complaints Genetic factors Skin infection Malnutrition Malabsorption Vitamin deficiency. Simply by applying shampoo. You can't find solution. U need to trace out the root cause. So that it can be treated permanently. A deficiency of vitamin A may lead to dry and itchy scalp. We have to examine you for diagnosis and till than I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks
